Comfortable, clean, friendly.
Pros:

Look. It's an old country pub and perfect for those passing through. The room was a twin. Plenty of room. It's not a bloody resort. There was no shower and toilet in the room but just down the hall. Having said that they were not communal. Very clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful and the meals were very good. Would I stay there again? I certainly would

The stairs. My knees and ankles are buggered. Not their fault. I didn't ask about any other accommodation they might have had.

A great stay in a great town
Pros:

Location, charm, safe, secure, clean. Delightful room in an old school QLD pub which is big enough we did not hear any noise from the bar. Bonus offer of breakfast ( cereal, toast) in the shared kitchen. We had the ensuite room, shower was fantastic & little fridge is appreciated, great storage & air con.walk to cafes & bakery with great food & coffee.

Cons:

The room was a tad tiny, the bed is against the wall so someone has to crawl out the end which was fine for us but people with mobility issues may be challenged
