Great location and accom
Pros:

I have stayed here multiple times. I love Battery Point and the Manors proximity to the wharf area. Having off street parking is also a huge bonus. Character property.

Great location
Pros:

The best location, just minutes walk to all the battery point restaurants, bars and salamanca. The host was fantastic her communication. They even let you go and look at the views from the top apartment if no one has booked it, which was incredible. Extra bonus the 3 bunnies that live on the street outside in the morning.

Cons:

A couple of cob webs around but nothing major. Room was very clean

Fantastic location. So easy to walk to nearby cafes and local pub and Salamanca place. Quiet location. Very little noise at night. Quiet fridge. Good air conditioner and not noisy

Cons:

The plaster work is cracked and brittle in places right above the bed.

Pros:

Great location. Very old and tired. Just a room to sleep in for one night.

Great location. The room was large. Bed was comfortable. Sheets clean.

The walls of the room are dirty. The carpet was threadbare. Really old.

Not my first choice for accommodation in Battery point.
Pros:

The view from the outdoor balcony of the bay is amazing! The room was large and had lots of space to put luggage on.

Cons:

The room was a bit tacky, with ripped carpet, blistering paint, and loose floor tiles in the bathroom.

The rooms are big and comfortable. The location is good within walking distance to some good restaurants and the pier. There is parking area provided at the property as well.

An excellent place to stay - and on another trip would love to book the two bedroom rooftop apartment - great views!
Pros:

It was spacious, comfortable and clean. It was also within easy walking distance to Salamanca. Access to the property was easy with early communication from the host, Leanne who was most helpful re places to dine and shop. Parking was good and the view over the harbour from the rooftop level was beautiful. It was also incredibly quiet and we slept well.

We liked the property overall - no complaints.
