Location, Price, Ease of getting keys

Cons:

No lighting to room (Room 8, accessed externallly) having to navigate steps in the dark to door. Heating control screen not showing, could not use. Appliance cords plugged in dangerously. No instructions on what to do with keys on leaving.

Gorgeous Battery Point accommodation
Pros:

Love the Battery Point location and the beauty of such a gorgeous building! Would have loved a grand tour and a bit of the history of it. The views from the flat rooftop are beautiful! Our room was on the very bottom floor and was quite spacious and comfortable. An added bonus not mentioned in the room description was a microwave and crockery.

Cons:

Hearing whoever was in the room above us walking about at 2:30am!
The room is a little dark and enclosed but the small glass entrance way does compensate a little for this.

Stay amongst the history of Battery Point
Pros:

Love the location amongst the beautiful heritage houses and buildings. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Building is beautifully kept and clean. Short walk to Salamanca Place and CBD

Always a place I stay for value and location.
Cons:

Perhaps a proper door on room 8 between the patio and room, not just a curtain. Aircon (heating) was weak.
