Very disappinting
Pros:

The associated restaurant had a few interesting meals well served. Very good for a down and out hotel.

Cons:

A very grotty tiny room with a fridge squeezed in as a bedside tablen. The room was only suitable for a single bed. This did not match Booking.com's description. We were offered a marginally larger room but e had to pay $15 extra and it was still pretty minimal. However, we were the only guest that night. AVOID IT.

Being able to have food where you stay is always a bonus, also a nice cold beer at the end of a long day helps too.

Cons:

The bed was not great. I had to fix it as the slats were falling off.

Convenient location, nice and clean.
Pros:

It was very conveniently located for our activities. The room was very clean. We ate in the hotel for dinner and it was very good.

Cons:

The bed was too soft.
No where to hang our wet towels.
Cleaners vacuuming at 8:30am Sunday morning! Although we’re already awake as the blind is about 10cm shorter than the window so the sun comes straight in.
Unfortunately the worst part was the terrible noise from what we assume was the tenants shower upstairs!!

Having used Booking.com for many years, this was the first place that didn't meet expectations.
Pros:

There was no breakfast available. The highlight was the comfortable bed.

Cons:

Bathroom much too small. The water pipes made a deafening noise and vibration when using the shower!
