جراند ميلينيوم الوحده وجهتي الاولى دائما وأبدا كل شي ممتاز

Cons:

قنوات التلفزيون داخل الغرف بها تشويش لا يستطبع الأطفال مشاهدة قنواتهم المفضلة بس التشويش وعدم وضوح القناة أتمنى تعديلها قي المرات القادمة بإذن الله

الزحمة التي لا تطاق في مدخل الفندق
المواقف التي للأسف بحاجة إلى دراسة مرة اخرى
الدخول للفندق من مدخل الوحدة مول للأسف شي سيئ جدا ومتعب وخاصة في أوقات الذروة وما ادراك ما أوقات الذروة !؟
للأسف بعض ادوات المطبخ بحاجة إلى اعادة تنظيف وترتيب وصيانة ضرورية ( مكينة التحميص + البراد الخاص بالثلاجة)
لا يوجد ادوات تنظيف خاصة بالمطبخ
ازعاج مكيف الغرفة الرئيسية للاسف مزززززعج
ستائر الغرفة ليست بالمستوى المطلوب للاسف لا تحجب ضوء الشمس من الاطراف
نظام اخذ السيارات للمواقف للاسف سيئ ولا يوجد موظفين
حجزي كان المفروض يكون لغاية الساعة الرابعة حسب العزةرض الذي قمت باخذه من موقعكم وقامت ادارة الفندق بإلغاء الدخول للغرف من جميع بطاقاتي لا ادري ما السبب وقاموا للاسف بالاتصال للسؤال عن موعد مغادرتي للفندق لا اعلم لماذا !!!؟

Location, staff behavior, lobby and surrounding

Cons:

I book 2 bed apartment living room furniture specially sofa, very poor internet wifi signal inside room, TV inside not work when I call maintenance they said it's like that , so people come for vacation and basic facility internet and TV if not work so how we consider it's five star hotel should be smart TV inside , when I call house keeping they come very late , also it's not allow that crew of hotel give ure online food till room, washing machine too much complicated should be written instructions
