The location and views

Cons:

You cannot use AC and heater as per your wish. If they connect heater to your room, theb you have to get AC connected by calling their technician if you want to use AC. Moreover, it is a 5 star but most of the staff cannot speak english so it becomes difficult to explain what is needed

Pros:

Full experience was awesome start till finish... Staff was very humble and courteous. Facility is very clean and away from crowded city life... Very calm and enkoyable stay.

Cons:

Food is something they can improvise more... Different kind of food to accommodate different taste and nationality.

My stay in Quba was wonderful, but I was really disappointed with the staff. I arrived late around 9 PM and missed dinner. When I asked the staff member if they could compensate for it, he didn't do anything at all. I had to pay for two children, and the least he could have done was offer something or charge me for just one child to make up for the missed meal. To make matters worse, I asked for a late check-out, and he refused. I was extremely upset with how they handled everything.
