Bardzo przyjemny, czysty hotel z miłą obsługą.

Cons:

Detale do dopracowania: brak lub zepsute oświetlenie przy lustrach, brak dbałości o porządek za ogrodzeniem hotelu: np. wyrzucone hotelowe drzwi od pryszniców, bałagan bezpośrednio za ogrodzeniem, zniszczone ręczniki plażowe, suche storczyki na recepcji będącej wizytówką hotelu.

Relaxing holiday
Pros:

The location was as expected as we are familiar with the area. Good choice of breakfast, it was not too early and not too late. Liked the proximity to the beach which was perfect for us as that is where we spent most of the day. Cleaners were always visible and cleaning throughout the day so the floors were spotless. The staff went above and beyond. Thanks especially to the receptionist with the long curly hair, sorry forgot your name 😅 Thanks for making our stay enjoyable and stress free.

Cons:

Think our room was a little bit small so if I return will definitely choose a larger room. That and the rules regarding swimwear in the dining area which made it a bit tricky if you are on the beach but just want to pop back to the hotel for a coffee.

Couldn’t be more perfect
Pros:

Great facilities, clean , the staff in particular is super nice to everyone. We arrived earlier than the check in time, they were very welcoming and nice , even gave us a room upgrade. Loved every moment here. ❤️will definitely be going back

Die perfekte Oase!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist eine wunderschöne Oase im (noch) Nichts. Wunderbar durchdacht und nicht zu groß. Das zentrale Leben spielt sich am Pool und im Restaurant ab. Das Essen ist fantastisch. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt. Strand ist nah und einigermaßen sauber. Mit kleiner Strandbar.

Cons:

Die Lage. Es ist ziemlich abgelegen. Da jedoch rundherum extrem viel Bautätigkeit war, wird sich das ändern.

Verbesserung wäre eine kleine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer, sonst hat bei uns alles gepasst!

Et hyggelig, pent og avslappende hotell som vi gjerne anbefaler til alle som ønsker en rolig ferie.
Pros:

Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold her. Frokosten var veldig god, og maten i restauranten holdt gjennomgående høy kvalitet.

Bassengområdet var flott, med et stort og langt basseng og god plass til avslapning. Det var også kort vei til en fin, hvit sandstrand, hvor hotellet hadde egne solsenger for gjestene.

Personalet var hyggelige og hjelpsomme, og hotellet ligger i rolige og behagelige omgivelser.

Alt i alt et veldig godt sted for en avslappende ferie, og vi var svært fornøyde med oppholdet.

Cons:

Det er ikke mye negativt å sette fingeren på. Hvis vi skal trekke frem én ting, er det at dørene kunne vært litt bedre isolert eller listet. Vi hørte ganske ofte når dørene til naborommene ble lukket hardt igjen.

Cons:

Zeer teleurstellend €1.200 betaald voor dit “uitzicht”

Wij betaalden ongeveer €1.200 voor ons verblijf van 19 t/m 24 augustus, waarbij wij bewust een kamer met uitzicht op het zwembad hadden geboekt.

Bij aankomst bleek dit ons uitzicht te zijn: een grote witte wand/constructie recht voor onze kamer. Van het zwembad was vanuit de kamer praktisch niets te zien. Zie de bijgevoegde foto.

Ik heb dit direct bij de receptie aangegeven en gevraagd om een andere kamer. Zeker omdat wij met onze baby van 8 maanden reizen en mijn vriendin last heeft van haar knie, was de toegewezen kamer voor ons ook niet praktisch. Er werd gezegd dat het hotel vol zat en dat ze na twee dagen zouden kijken naar een oplossing. Daar hebben we vervolgens niets meer over gehoord.

Ook het eten viel enorm tegen. Voor lunch en diner werd vrijwel dezelfde menukaart aangeboden, waardoor je tijdens een verblijf van meerdere dagen steeds uit dezelfde gerechten moet kiezen.

Uiteindelijk waren we zo teleurgesteld in de kamer, het eten en vooral de service dat we besloten ons verblijf eerder af te breken en naar een ander hotel te gaan.

We hebben bij vertrek €240 compensatie ontvangen. Dat waardeer ik, maar gezien de totale prijs van ongeveer €1.200, het feit dat de geboekte kamer niet aan onze verwachtingen voldeed en wij hierdoor extra kosten moesten maken voor een ander hotel, vind ik dit absoluut niet in verhouding staan.

Voor €1.200 verwacht je op zijn minst te krijgen waarvoor je hebt geboekt. Dit was voor ons absoluut geen zwembadzicht.

Helaas een zeer teleurstellende ervaring en voor ons geen aanrader.
