Perfect stay in Berat!
Pros:

We loved everything about this property - from the friendly staff, the old world charm and the perfect location. They successfully incorporated the history in the decor of the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable with a huge shower!

Fantastisch authentiek hotel
Pros:

We hebben hier drie nachten overnacht en vonden het een ontzettend leuk hotel met super aardige mensen. Heel gastvrij en behulpzaam. Bij aankomst kan je de auto voor de deur parkeren en je bagage uitladen. De auto is voor ons weg gezet voor 500 lek per dag. We hadden een erg leuke kamer met goed tweepersoonsbed en een balkon dat uitkeek op de mooie binnentuin. Het ontbijt was erg goed verzorgd. De locatie is ook erg goed en centraal. Je loopt (we steil) omhoog naar het kasteel en je bent zo bij de rivier. Berat vonden wij een fantastische stad. Je hebt verschillende wijken om te ontdekken. En het klimmen en klauteren door de steegjes vonden wij ontzettend leuk. We hebben ook nog een uitstapje gedaan naar de waterval en usoumi kloof. Ook heel erg aan te raden. Het reisbureau zit vlakbij het hotel. Ook is een grote supermarkt vlakbij. Eettip: Amalia homemade food aan de overkant van de rivier was erg leuk en boek op tijd bij Homemade food lili want dat is de moeite waard.

Cons:

Je moet wel goed ter been zijn voor deze stad.

Best stay of our 15 days of holidays in Albania. The should charge double the price for what they offer . Top location , authentic , clean , homemade breakfast , lovely staff .

Great location, clean, very old and more bed and breakfast than hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast staff was excellent. The buffet was fine. The made to order eggs were good. The location was great.

Cons:

Paid parking, we stayed upstairs and it was odd to see the rafters. I would market the hotel as an authentic residence. We did the ethnography museum earlier in the day and this looked very similar. Was just not what we expected. The bathroom was tiny.

Perfecte uitvalsbasis in Berat. Dit hotel is op zich al een bezienswaardigheid!
Pros:

Het gebouw is een unicum op zich. De kamers zijn gevestigd in verschillende historische maar perfect onderhouden gebouwen. Het personeel was zeer attent en supervriendelijk. En wat zeker niet mag worden vergeten: de centrale ligging in Berat. Centraler bij alle bezienswaardigheden kun je niet zitten. Ook prettig: de prijsstelling!

Outstanding service from the staff who genuinely wanted to engage with guests and meet our needs. The room (the Attic room) was fine with a lovely balcony, though I am tall and you did need to be aware of the sloping roof. The hotel is really interesting and pretty old and centrally located.

Hôtel très bien entretenu, propre, personnel sympathique, en plein centre, un peu en retrait de la rue principale souvent embouteillée. Chambre à la décoration ancienne typique des maisons ottomanes. Dommage que le restaurant ne soit plus ouvert, car la salle panoramique est très jolie. Petit déjeuner très correct.
