Pros:

room was very comfortable, staff was amazing. Great breakfast and options. Love the pool. The hotel exceeded my expectation.

Schöne Zimmer und toller Dachpool, aber Schwächen beim Service
Pros:

Die Zimmer wirken auf den ersten Blick modern und ansprechend. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind das freundliche Personal an der Rezeption beim Check-in und Check-out sowie der kleine, aber schöne Pool auf der Dachterrasse, der zum Entspannen einlädt.

Cons:

Der Zugang zu Bad und WC erfolgt über eine saloonartige Tür, die sich nicht verschließen lässt. Dadurch fehlt es deutlich an Privatsphäre. Im Badezimmer waren außerdem einige Abnutzungserscheinungen sichtbar, beispielsweise ein lockerer Klobürstenhalter, weitere lose Wandhalterungen sowie ein Handtuchheizkörper mit deutlichen Gebrauchsspuren.

Weniger angenehm war auch der Bar- und Restaurantbereich direkt neben der Lobby. Die Musik war sehr laut und auch die allgemeine Geräuschkulisse empfanden wir als störend. Zudem wurde in den Innenräumen geraucht, was den Aufenthalt dort für uns unangenehm machte.

Am meisten enttäuscht hat uns jedoch der Service im Restaurant. Während das Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich war, wirkten die Servicekräfte im Restaurant und an der Bar bei Bestellungen häufig genervt und wenig aufmerksam. Diese Erfahrung zog sich sowohl durch den Barbesuch als auch durch das Abendessen und trübte den insgesamt positiven Eindruck des Hotels.
