Pros:

Se encuentra muy cerca del centro de la ciudad. El desayuno fue tremendo, salimos llenísimas y estaba muy rico. La habitación es pequeña pero nos fue más que suficiente para pasar una noche.

Ho pronotato una camera con balcone alla fine mi hanno dato senza balcone e senza finestra era un buco, il staff 0 comunicazioni ho aspettato tanto tempo darmi le chiavi, io non vado mai più mai più e non consiglio nessuno di andare.

La dirección indicada en Booking estaba incorrecta, lo que nos hizo dar muchas vueltas y perder bastante tiempo hasta poder encontrar el lugar. Además, el personal no respondía de manera oportuna a nuestros mensajes, lo que dificultó aún más la llegada.

Cuando finalmente llegamos a la estancia, la recepción fue muy desagradable. Al principio no querían permitirnos ingresar, a pesar de que teníamos nuestra reserva confirmada. La comunicación también fue bastante complicada, ya que las dos personas que nos recibieron, un señor y una señora mayores, tenían dificultades para utilizar el traductor, lo que hizo que fuera muy difícil poder explicarnos y entendernos.

La señora tuvo una actitud especialmente negativa y, en un momento, incluso comenzó a gritarnos, lo que hizo que la situación fuera bastante incómoda y desagradable después de un viaje.

Quiero destacar que el señor, a pesar de las dificultades de comunicación, en todo momento mostró disposición para ayudarnos, intentaba entendernos mediante el traductor y finalmente buscó la manera de permitirnos ingresar.

En general, la experiencia de llegada fue muy mala y considero que deberían corregir la dirección publicada en Booking y mejorar considerablemente la comunicación y la recepción de los huéspedes.

Konum fena değil ama otel beş para etmez.

Konum olarak fena değildi. Personelleri güleryüzlü ve iyiydi sadece kadın personelleri için diyorum.

O parayı hakedecek bir dünya Booking te yer gördüm. Kahvaltı dediği bir krovasan ve içecek. Odalar resmen berbat. Lavabolar keza aynı şekilde. Kesinlikle tercih etmeyin. Merkeze yakın daha güzel yerler vardı.
