In Booking steht dass da schon mit Parkplatz ist aber dann da wurde bei uns gesagt dass Parkplatz muss man extra bezahlen. Ok wir haben schon entschieden das zu bezahlen . Parkplatz war weit weg von Hotel und sehr klein
Unsere Auto hat gar nicht da gepasst . Und dann gehen wir in hotel und wir hatten Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht aber die haben uns gesagt dass die sind nicht verfügbar
Und so ein kleine Zimmer
Zum Schluss haben wir gesagt dass wir da nicht bleiben und haben wir andere hotel gebucht
Ich empfehle das nicht

Nous sommes arrivés avec mon époux à l’hôtel. On nous annonce que l’hôtel est full en sachant qu’on avait réserver 3 mois en avance la chambre. Le gérant nous a inviter à trouver un autre hôtel (moins bien que le sien + sans forfait petit dej) il n’a pas voulu nous rembourser notre déplacement et n’a pas voulu nous payer notre autre hôtel.

Megbízhatatlan szállás, az érkezés előtti nap éjfélkor szóltak, hogy keressünk más szállást mert nem tudnak fogadni. Semmi segítőkészséget nem mutattak a helyzet megoldásában. Nem ajánlom senkinek.

Non ci hanno accettato nonostante la prenotazione, assurdo! Nonostante la disponibilità su Booking ad un prezzo superiore.

Me han cambiado de hotel justo antes de entrar con la "explicación" de que los cuartos estaban llenos, me enviaron a otro hotel lejos del centro. Cancele a última hora porque yo quería un hotel en centro no en las afueras. Es de mal gusto que acepten reservaciones y luego cancelar por insuficiencia. Fue desagradable porque había viajado toda la noche sin dormir nada.

Toilet, bidet and shower leaked continuously, their first attempt to deal with it was to wrap towels around base of toilet and bidet and along the front of shower. All this achieved was wet floor and piles of soaking wet towels with ants crawling all over them. The second day we pointed out their solution was not working but we were going on a trip for 2 nights, could they fix it while we were away or change our room. We returned to same room with soaking wet towels covering the floor. They did send cleaner in to mop floor so we could prepare for bed as it was too late for us to go anywhere that night. In the morning we moved to another hotel and the owner agreed to give us a refund for the last 2 nights that we were not going yo stay but no compensation for the 5 nights we had paid for with a totally unacceptable room.

The room had a lot of ants on the floor, and when we arrived there was a very big insect on the wall. Also, the double bed was not actually a real double bed, but two small beds pushed together.

Behandeling bij poging tot inchecken was beneden alle peil. Ondanks reservering geen kamers beschikbaar. Geen uitleg, geen excuses, niks. Alternatief was 15 minuten rijden, ruim buiten het centrum en dat hadden we niet voor niets geboekt.
