Cheap behaviour especially one of that staff in the reception
Cons:

Privacy concern . Someone (staff) entered the room when we were out for the dinner without informing us . As we were foreigner here we complaint there in the reception but they misbehaved and didn't say sorry . I wouldn't recommend this for anyone

To all the foreigners out there i will share u one horrible experience with this hotel. After check in I went to have dinner in around 8pm nd when I came back I saw a basket of chips and all in my mirror desk that wasn't there earlier 🙅then I was shocked and asked the manager or someone idk( he was in reception) that some staff open the door and put that basket in my absence without informing mee 🤷🏻. His reaction was totally normal(crazy rightt) i said without my presence, you dont have any rights to enter my room without informing me . Then the staff on the reception (old aged gu said that normal and we do such things with all but no one ever complained .
Idfc dude I have my own privacy and i left my wallet and phone there ,why would anyone enter without informing . That day I checkout immediately at 10pm and they didn't say sorry or didn't give any explaination . they just said no one has complained like that, you are just making fusss .
Sorry guys I'm not recommending you such hotel . And im.sharing this so that you guys will be aware of this .🙏

Pros:

This hotel is in good location but staff are very rude, the guy in the counter asked me for evidence of marriage, I gave him my marriage certificate, he turned round and said the marriage certificate I showed him is fake without any investigation, and he asked me for my wedding pictures we been married 11 years, how the heck I show him the wedding pictures, I find this is very offensive, never go there again I will not recommend anybody to stay there.

Cons:

Do not judge anyone without proper investigation. And get some good staffs in front of the house.

Little bit overpriced seems during my Eid stay.

Reception management not upto the mark.

They were keep asking for partial advance payment to keep my booking guaranteed and couldn’t provide me invoice during my check out time.

Brilliant staffing at the front, reception and floor where my room was. Always smiling and greeting
