Pyszne śniadania w formie bufetu, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Personel hotelu bardzo miły i pomocny! Serdecznie polecamy ten hotel. Lokalizacja blisko plaży i dużych marketów oraz przystanków autobusowych.

Brak ciepłej wody, 30 minut trzeba było czekać na letnią. Łazienka porażka. Plastikowa zasłonka w prysznicu rodem z zamierzchłych czasów. Cztery gwiazdki, to chyba sami sobie narysowali. To nawet nie jest żaden albański standard.

I would like to file a complaint about this hotel service. Unfortunately, our stay was very unpleasant. The room was very dirty, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel. In addition, the hotel staff spoke to us very rudely and behaved as if we owed them something.

Because of the dirt and such an attitude toward customers, we could not continue our stay and were forced to remain there for only one night, although we had planned to stay longer. Honestly, in all my travels, this is the first time I have encountered such poor service and such treatment of guests.

I hope the management will pay attention to this issue and take measures to improve the cleanliness of the rooms and the staff’s attitude toward customers

Pros:

It was my first time in Albánia, I decided to spend the Christmas time in Hotel Miki. The owner and the staff are polite and truly friendly. The place itself was accoring to my expectations, very modern and the same time clean. I am thinking about returning in the summer.
