Pros:

Compte tenu de circonstances familiales exceptionnelles, l’établissement a accepté une importante modification de ma réservation. L’hôtel est bien situé dans la partie sud de la ville (bus fréquents vers le centre à 40 Leks le trajet). Très bon petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

La lumière blafarde de la salle de bain, le mode ‘’douche’’ de la baignoire qui ne fonctionnait pas et la porte d’accès à la terrasse qui ne fermait pas.

Am părăsit hotelul după prima noapte deși achitasem două nopți, am întrebat la recepție dacă ne vor face refund pentru noapte pe care nu o stăm dar au refuzat, nu ne-a suprins știm ca este o practică, ce a fost ciudat este faptul ca nici măcar nu ne-au întrebat de ce plecam, avea o listă lunga cu probleme, am ales să plecăm chiar dacă am pierdut bani
Hotelul nu arată deloc a 4 stele
Miroase a mâncare în cameră
Zona în care este situat este rău famata
Cameră a fost murdară și nu am avut hârtie igienică
Dimineata o doamnă din clădirea vecină a început să ne adreseze injurii fără motiv

4 éjszakát töltöttünk itt. Nyugodt, csendes környék. Közel a strandhoz, fő úthoz. Éttermek, boltok, bazársor, patika, kávézó pár perc sétára. A szálló tiszta volt, 0-24-es.

Wir streichen es aus unserer Liste
Pros:

Wir waren vor 2 Jahren schon einmal in dem Hotel, leider hat die Sauberkeit sehr nachgelassen.

Cons:

Im Bad waren noch Haare, die nicht von uns stammen können (zu lang und schwarz), am Boden.
Ein Handtuch war bereits benutzt.

Bardzo przyjemny hotel
Pros:

Obiekt posiada swój własny parking z tylnym wejściem do hotelu. Śniadanie było w postaci bufetu, bardzo urozmaicone. Personel bardzo pomocny.

POBYT UWAŻAM ZA UDANY :)
Pros:

Pobyt uważam za udany. Mieliśmy dwa pokoje na 8 pietrze :) klimatyzacja działała poprawnie, co przy tych temperaturach było wskazane jej używanie :) łazienka podstawowa, było kilka rzeczy do naprawy ( klamka do balkonu, słabe światło w łazience) natomiast to już są szczegóły dla tych którzy oczekują luksusów za niska cenę. Po wcześniejszym uzgodnieniu mailowym pozwolono nam wcześniej się zameldować co przy dzieciach było bardzo wygodne dla nas :)
Śniadanie początkowo wydaje się skromne- zwłaszcza w porównaniu do innych hoteli 4* w innych krajach- ALE dla nas wystarczające- tym bardziej że nie jesteśmy u siebie w kraju więc nie mamy co spodziewać się naszych produktów czy jakości :). Panie na śniadaniu uzupełniały bufet wiec nie można narzekać :) nic nie brakowało ;)
Jeśli można coś poprawić to- herbata . Można by postawić czajnik i kilka herbat( np. owocowa, czarna czy zielona) by można samodzielnie sobie przygotować według uznania :)
Pokoje sprzątane były codziennie, ręczniki wymieniane, śmieci zabierane.
Myślę że cena jest adekwatna do tego standardu.
Do plaży bardzo blisko, 5 min spacerkiem. Supermarket zaledwie kilka metrów od hotelu, bardzo dobra piekarnia która serwuje pyszne deserki :) - (obok apteki) polecamy warto spróbować :)
około 200 metrów od hotelu znajduje się wyśmienita restauracja( GRILL HOUSE PEJA 2) z daniami grillowanymi, jak również znajdziecie kilka innych pozycji w karcie które są doskonałe dla dzieci- polecamy półmisek z mięsami grillowanymi, faszerowane papryki z ryżem i mięsem.... obsługa tam również jest fantastyczna :)
WIFI W HOTELU STABILNE,
Hotel ma fajna miejscówkę jeśli chodzi o zwiedzanie( głównie poruszaliśmy się taksówkami po Albanii są tanie i nie musimy się martwić, że utkniemy gdzieś w korkach- drogi są tam fatalne nawet dla zawodowców :)
W pasażu znajduje się biuro Albania tour( warto skorzystać z wycieczek które oferują- maja świetna obsługę, przewodnika i komfortową łódkę, motorówkę :) którą płyniesz na wyspy :)

Cons:

Dla osób które lubią narzekać :) czasami chwilowo brakowało prądu( ale to nie tylko w hotelu lecz w innych miejscach jak restauracje czy wesołe miasteczko też :) więc proszę nie panikować- są to chwilowe przerwy :)

brak płatności karta w obiekcie, natomiast mnóstwo bankomatów w pobliżu gdzie można swobodnie wypłacać gotówkę :) wcale nie ma się wysokich prowizji :) tak samo przy płatnościach karta w restauracjach :)

Pros:

Really clean rooms and very nice cleaning personnel, props to them. Close to the beach and store/bakery/restaurants/cafes too

Also i want to thank the blond girl at the reception, didn’t know English but she really tried to help, and took time to communicate with me even with language barrier and was really kind!

Cons:

English can be problem a little but the staff was really kind and tried their best to help, we still managed to solve everything:)
Payment is only possible with cash, thats only downside. Also to see center you have to take taxi
