Pros:

Really clean rooms and very nice cleaning personnel, props to them. Close to the beach and store/bakery/restaurants/cafes too

Also i want to thank the blond girl at the reception, didn’t know English but she really tried to help, and took time to communicate with me even with language barrier and was really kind!

Cons:

English can be problem a little but the staff was really kind and tried their best to help, we still managed to solve everything:)
Payment is only possible with cash, thats only downside. Also to see center you have to take taxi

Väldigt bra och nära strand
Pros:

Otroligt fint rum som var städat och även hade rumservice. Frukosten var god och varierad

Cons:

Ägaren var full alla gångerna vi såg honom men trots det var han för det mesta trevlig. Interneten är dålig på halva sidan rummet

L'hotel era buono la camera sempre pulita e in ordine.il personale addetto alla cucina sempre gentile ,attento e disponibile.

Cons:

L'unica vera pecca è stata la scarsa empatia dell'addetta alla reception che non a fatto niente per dimostrare attenzione e capacità di accoglienza.

The hotel was clean

Cons:

The host was a bit rude when.we arrived. He said he didn't not have time to explain to.everybody why we have to pay at the property when.on Booking.com it says we have to make a payment with the booking..I assumed that since.i had done all online the payment had gone through, so when we got.to the property he asked us to pay. I tried to explain how i had done every oline..He was rude, i kept my voice low and asked him not to shout as we were also not aware..In the end he called his daughter Angela ,who was very pleasant and she assisted us in a respectful manner.

It is average, can be improved
Pros:

Location is close to the beach and supermarket
It was more or less quiet place
Staff in kitchen and cleaning were polite and welcoming
Variety for breakfast was more or less fine
Wi-Fi was working fine

Cons:

I sincerely think that hotel cheated us with exchange rate. While everywhere exchange rate is around 1Eur=94Lek (National bank of Albania, Local exchange points, Visa/Mastercard, etc) they charged us when paying in case 1Eur=100Lek I would give a little higher total score for our stay in the hotel if not cheated.
You cannot pay with Google/Apple Pay and they charge 3% commission when paying with card.
Food is almost cold when you arrive to breakfast when it starts at 8am, coffee is cold, sausages and fried eggs are also cold
One 1 juice type, no tea and no hot water to make it, milk was missing for half of our stay, no cappuccino/coffee late etc
Cleaning was not ideal, still dust is left but it is everyday, and bed is made everyday and cleaning ladies are nice
If electricity is off, you can go up or down as there are no stairs so if fire in the building - you are stuck upstairs on the 7-9th floor and probably going to die
Shower handle holder is at 1 meter height so it is useless, you need to hold it by your hand all the time
There is no kettle and teas in the room

Pyszne śniadania w formie bufetu, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Personel hotelu bardzo miły i pomocny! Serdecznie polecamy ten hotel. Lokalizacja blisko plaży i dużych marketów oraz przystanków autobusowych.
