Excellent location, friendly staff, very cosy place, only minus were dogs barking in the neighbourhood at night

Excellent location in the heart of downtown, very cosy, old furniture, wooden floors, good value for money

Cons:

Dogs living at neighbourhood were barking all night long, so I woke up multiple times

Come essere a casa
Pros:

Soggiorno perfetto e bellissimo sotto ogni aspetto.
Accoglienza e attenzione impeccabile da parte della famiglia che gestisce la struttura.
Dolci fatti in casa per la colazione buonissimi: ci siamo svegliati la prima mattina con il profumo di cannella e il secondo con quello di cacao.
Posizione molto centrale e strategica. Abbiamo potuto parcheggiare la nostra auto lungo strada, davanti all’hotel, per tutto il soggiorno.
Esempio assoluto dello spirito di ospitalità di questo bellissimo paese.

La posizione vicino ala piazza centrale anche se difficile da trovare perché è senza insegna. L’accoglienza calorosa è la gentilezza dei proprietari

Очень радушная хозяйка. Гостевые комнаты расположены в историческом доме рядом с центральной площадью. Завтраки вкусные, номер оборудован всем необходимым. Спасибо зп гостеприимство!

Cons:

Машины по этой улице даже поздно ночью активно разъезжают, но после продолжительного дня уснули быстро и они не очень помешали нам.

Просторно, чисто, очень приятные хозяева, домашние завтраки, расположение что надо. Классный балкон с отличным видом. Рекомендую.

Cons:

Ночью лай собак за окном, не хватало вентилятора, кресел и столика на балконе.

Pros:

Замечательный маленький отель. Очень приветливый персонал. В комнате было идеально чисто, в отеле и вокруг на улице тихо. Местоположение — в самом центре исторического района.
Спасибо за возможность пожить в старинном армянском доме!

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, nette Gastgeber*innen!
Pros:

Solides Frühstück, besonders der hausgemachte Kuchen war sehr lecker. Schöne Holzböden, moderne Einrichtung. Die Betreiberfamilie war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat uns trotz Ankunft mitten in der Nacht erwartet und als sich die Ankunft bis in die Morgenstunden verzögert hat, war auch das kein Problem.

Cons:

Nicht unmittelbar im Herzen der Stadt aber fußläufig von dort aus zu erreichen.

Pros:

The hotel owners are absolutely lovely and I got a very warm welcome. The hotel decoration is lovely with pieces with family history and the breakfast is exceptional, I can't recommend this place enough.
