Accoglienza straordinaria, casa bellissima curata nei dettagli, letti comodissimi e pulizia impeccabile! La colazione è stata super: dolci appena sfornati e abbondanti piatti tradizionali.
La cosa più piacevole, però, è la grazia e la gentilezza di Karen e sua moglie, persone deliziose!!! Grazie di tutto!!!

Great venue, caring staff, highly recommend to anyone visiting Gyumri!
Pros:

The staff and cleanliness were exceptional! Morning breakfasts were beyond what one could expect from a B&B. All that combined with the central location in the historic part of the town made our short stay extremely pleasurable.

Familiäres Guest House zentral in Gjumri
Pros:

Schöne Unterkunft im Herzen von Gjumri. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Gastegeber-Ehepaar ist super nett und man fühlt sich gleich wie ein Teil der Familie. Morgens wird ein leckeres Frühstück mit frisch gebackenem Kuchen zubereitet.

Great 11-days stay
Pros:

Excellent location right in the city center. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a good bed, hot water, a comfortable shower, a kettle, enough power outlets, and everything I needed for my stay. The family running the hotel was exceptionally kind and welcoming, and they responded quickly to every request. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience.

Cons:

My room faced the street, so it could be a bit noisy at night due to traffic and occasional barking dogs. I would also suggest adding a few more hooks, especially in the bathroom, for towels and clothes. Other than these minor points, everything was very good

Fantastic place in center of town
Pros:

Wonderful hosts full of advice and smiles. Home was warm, very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional! Location was in center of town, perfect! Beds were comfortable. They let us store our luggage for a few hours after checkout which was very nice. Place was secure too. We were very happy!

Well renovated Armenian house, super hosts, tasty breakfast, great location from where you can visit the pretty old town
Pros:

The friendly English and Russian speaking owners, the well renovated house, the convenient location enabling to do everything by foot, the tasty breakfast - and the city of Gyumri which is worth the trip !

Все очень понравилось
Pros:

Понравилось расположение - в шаговой доступности от главных достопримечательностей. Очень приветливые хозяева - мы забыли указать детей при бронировании, но нас все равно разместили в номере и предоставили дополнительные комплекты белья и одноразовые наборы для чистки зубов. Угостили нас вкусным пирогом и напоили кофе)
Номер был чистым и уютным. Всё очень понравилось

Cons:

Было немного прохладно ночью, т.к. была достаточно низкая температура и кровать находится рядом с выходом на балкон.

Loveliest stay in Gyumri
Pros:

Everything. The hosts were very warm and friendly. And also very helpful. The breakfast was amazing. You can feel that the hosts put effort for you to feel at home. And the location was perfect. I would go to this place again and again.
