Cons:

mínus je velmi špatná kvalita WiFi, alespoň, co se týká pokoje č. 1, na chodbě to bylo lepší

위치아주 좋음.중앙터미널바로 건너편이며 공화국광장에서 걸어서25~30분정도임.터미널 뒷쪾에 조금걸어가면 꼬냑박물관있음.참고로 숙소에서 5분거리 타운다운 레스토랑옆에 공터에 가면 아라랏 산 눈 싸인 봉우리를 볼수있어요. 친절은기본,정원도 아주좋음. 적극추천합니다.

저 입장에서는 별로 느끼지못했음.참고로 저는 혼자여행하는 사람입니다.

Pros:

Очень приветливые и милые хозяева, мы приехали поздно, однако нас накормили ужином. Постельное белье чистое, гигиенические принадлежности есть.

Cons:

Два основных минуса - духота и плохая звукоизоляция. Когда ночью в домофон кто то позвонил, мы из номера прекрасно слышали обе стороны. Утром на ресепшн включили музыку - и в номере мы уже не спали. Вентилятор в санузле гудит, как самолёт. Если открыть окно - добавляются ещё машины и соседская собачка.

Gentilezza e servizi ok
Pros:

Posizione comoda, dispencer acqua a libero uso nel corridoio, personale gentile.

Cons:

Camera matrimoniale superior molto scarsa, appena arrivati c’erano capelli a terra e la stanza non era pulita. Il frigo era spento e chiuso ed aprendolo emanava un odore terribile. Il bagno avendo la doccia con scarico a pavimento tappato quando apri l’acqua si allaga completamente fino al lavandino e al WC.

Pros:

Отель за свою стоимость хороший. Очень приятный персонал. Довольно скромный, но хороший завтрак. Мне нужна была только одна ночь, поэтому я и выбрала этот отель, т.к. близко к аэропорту, не нужно стоять в пробке в городе. В целом, рекомендую.
