The spa is accessible free of charge for hotel guests, from 10 AM on the day of the arrival until 6pm on the day of departure.

When travelling with dogs, please note that an extra charge of EUR 45 per night applies.

Pros:

Établissement patrimonial et personnel charmant et professionnel. Spa de qualite et récent. Excellent restaurant avec une recherche créative intéressante

Cons:

Des petites choses : beau jardin mais parc un peu trop laissé en friches. En particulier derrière le spa sert de "décharge " pour le vieux matériel de l'hôtel. Très belle terrasse mais totalement gâchée par une tente de cirque alors que de beaux parasols comme savent les faire les hollandais ou les italiens auraient mieux convenus. La fermeture du palier du deuxième est une....horreur. Des baies vitrées seraient plus élégantes. Mais ne loupez pas cette étape de qualité

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt traumhaft in den Ardennen. Personal freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Frühstück könnte etwas reichhaltiges sein. Vor allem haben wir den Champagner oder Prosecco dazu vermisst.

Allt var bra utom maten. Var för mycket ”fine dining”

Cons:

Maten var inte bra. De försöker med ”fine dining” men maten blir bara ”snygg”. Den är inte oätlig.

Amazing stay in a beautiful castle
Pros:

Beautiful and relaxing spa. Breakfast was outstanding!

Cons:

While you can do hikes directly from the hotel, they are not marked, so you can easily get lost. Clear signage indicating which path to take would be appreciated

Séjour détente optimal , loin du stress et proche de la nature , en déconnection totale .
Pros:

Ambiance intime , feutrée , calme , délicate . Personnel à l'écoute , souriant , accueillant et agréable pour la plupart .
Ambiance détendue , loin du bruit et de la cohue des établissements à grande fréquentation .

Cons:

L'entretien de certains équipements , mal fixés (porte-papier de toilette , porte-serviette) . Un lavabo pas parfaitement propre . Un joint de porte de douche défectueux .
