Buenos Aires con amigas
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena. La calefacción al gas funcionó bien. Las camas eran de una plaza y nos permitieron descansar bien. El baño era amplio y la ducha estuvo muy bien. Nos permitían calentar agua en la noche. La habitación era amplia... para las tres, anduvo muy bien.

Cons:

Difícil accesibilidad, una escalera muy larga y compleja para subir con maletas o dificultad motora. El desayuno era te o café y 1 tostada y 1 media luna por persona. Con mantequilla y dulce de leche en pack pequeñito.
Pedimos mas frazadas y nos indicaron que no tienen. Las toallas estaban rotas y las fundas de las cabeceras también . Eramos tres amigas y había un solo enchufe para cargar los celulares. El papel higiénico de muy mala calidad. El secador de pelo de muy poca potencia.
El ascensor solo admitía un máximo de 2 personas. Los cobertores eran delgados y antiguos... como de una tela de cortinas...no muy bonitos.

De acuerdo a lo esperado. Personal muy amable.
Pros:

La ubicación es muy, muy buena. El baño es muy lindo, pero los que no tienen iluminación natural necesitan más y mejor iluminación.

Cons:

La poca iluminación del baño que no tiene ventana.

Grand Hotel was nice
Pros:

Loved the location on side street 2 blocks from main street but very quiet. Staff was very accommodating at changing date due to canceled flight. Room was very clean and bed comfortable, but decoration dated. Great value for money.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación, céntrica, y en la habitación que estuvimos no escuchamos sonidos externos, que es algo importante para mi. La atención de todos muy amable.

Cons:

A mi hija le cuestan las escaleras hasta la recepción, igualmente, uno ya sabe de entrada que existen

Excelente atención por parte del personal.
Nos cambiaron la habitación sin problema ya que dónde estábamos ubicados habia ruidos externos y le buscaron la solución.
Recomiendo este hotel!!
