Still, an absolute recommendation.
Pros:

Great location, amazing view, clean facilities and friendly staff.

Cons:

The staff don’t always speak English. Also unfortunately, the deserts were re-offered for dinner, even if they were already stale and obviously a couple of days old.

הגענו למלון לא היה מים חמים רק לאחר שיחה עם איש הקבלה אמרו שצריכים לשנות טמפרטורה אמרו שנהיה צריכים להמתין חצי שעה עד שיהיה מים שאמרנו שמאוחר ואנחנו רוצים כבר לישון אמרו שזה מה שיש ואי אפשר להעביר חדר או משהו כזה וזה הפיתרון היחיד המתנו וכעבור חצי שעה עדיין לא היה מים רק לאחר שעה המתנה באמצע הלילה היינו יכולים להתקלח חוויה נוראית מעבר לכך בארוחת הבוקר הגענו בשעה 9:20 שהחדר אוכל נסגר ב10 הכל היה כמעט ריק מאוכל מלא כלים מלוכלכים על השולחנות שביקשנו אם אפשר למלא דברים אמרו לנו אנחנו עוד מעט סוגרים לא . מאוד כעסנו אפילו קפה לא הציעו לנו אכלנו שאריות ורק לאחר בקשות מספר פעמים הועילו להביא ירקות שכמובן לא היו אם לא ביקשנו .

Много ни харесаха закуската и вечерята, както и уютната обстановка в ресторанта. Стаята беше чиста, а леглото много удобно. Басейнът и СПА зоната също ни допаднаха – има доста възможности за релакс.

Cons:

Имахме малък проблем с температурата в стаята – беше доста топло. Вероятно отоплението е било централно, тъй като през деня проблемът беше решен сравнително бързо, но през нощта отново стана горещо. Наложи се да потърсим съдействие от рецепцията. Рецепционистката беше много мила и любезна и ни помогна да разрешим проблема.

Flawless spa hotel serenity complimented by great food and attentive staff. Bliss!
Pros:

Emar Hotel & Spa was beautiful inside and out. Free parking next to the building was very nice. Check-in at the Reception desk was friendly and pleasant. Special thanks to Alexander for creatively solving a problem I had storing a medical cold pack.

Our room presented us with beautiful vistas of the mountains on one side and the village below on the other side. Our room’s size, design, and finishes were of luxury quality. Beds felt new and comfortably firm but not too hard. We loved the rain shower and balcony as well. Everything was flawlessly maintained and 100% clean.

Dinner, included in our reservation, was served buffet style, but the truly superb quality and variety of the food options far exceeded any buffet meal I have had before! Example: there were about 8 different types of fresh and delicious salads. While I loved all of the food, their chicken soup (unmistakably made from scratch) was the best I've ever tasted (I ate three big bowls). Restaurant staff were there to assure customer satisfaction; it was a true pleasure to interact with them. These comments apply to breakfast too.

The spa area is comprised of outside and inside areas. Both were spacious, spotlessly clean, well lighted, and a pleasure to use. We spend hours in the various pools, saunas etc. We also booked massages (extra charge), which were outstanding and among the best I've ever received. Really liked that the hotel provides big fluffy white bathrobes and slippers to make it more comfortable for guests to navigate the spa area.

After dark we walked around the neighborhood for some exercise. It was peaceful, quiet, and very nice.

In summary, we are already talking about staying at Emar again in future!

Cons:

There was a problem with the switch on their big jacuzzi. Surely it has already been fixed before you read this.

Minibar very expensive even bottle of water was chargeable no complimentary water
Spa only OK not all working
Food was very poor almost laughable that calamari and chips just in a large bowl not under heat lamp so stove cold
No water complimentary with dinner is not book half board better options to eat food in town

Pros:

We stayed for 3 nights. Lovely and clean Swimming pool with warm water . New and modern building and rooms.

Cons:

The employees at the restaurant were not orgenised, not efficiant . We had to ask for missing items ,food sepose to be warm was cold ,used dishes on the dining table were not collected

החדרים מרווחים ונוחים. מזרון מצויין, מקלחת מאובזרת ונעימה. חלוקים וכפכפים לספא חיכו בחדר. כולם היו חייכנים ואדיבים. הבריכה כיפית מאד, סאונות טובות, חדר מלח חמוד. הכל מאד נקי ונעים. נוף משגע מהבריכה ומהמרפסת של חדר האוכל. ארוחות מגוונות ועשירות.

הג'קוזי בספא היה סגור לרגל ניקיונות והחיצוני המופרד מהבריכה היה עם מים קרים.
