Can’t actually comment on this hotel as never stayed here. Made the booking for the same day but was contacted a little while later to be told that they had no hot water. Asked to cancel but they refused and said they would book us another hotel 200m away. I couldn’t find the hotel they said they had booked so did not know what to expect. Complained to booking.com but was told they tried to contact the property to confirm what I was told and due to the property not responding they said there was nothing they could do. Lost the cost of the room and had to book somewhere else.

Een complete nachtmerrie: kapotte faciliteiten, geen comfort, geen nachtrust en veruit het slechtste

Alles! Ik ben zeer teleurgesteld over mijn verblijf.
De bedden waren in zeer slechte staat; de spiralen en metalen onderdelen staken door het matras heen. De kussens waren zo plat als een tijdschrift, waardoor we nauwelijks hebben kunnen slapen.
Daarnaast was de douche defect. Je moest de doucheknop voortdurend vasthouden om water te krijgen, en het water liep niet weg. Hierdoor stond de hele badkamer blank en hing er een onaangename geur.
Ook maakte de kraan voortdurend een hard piepend geluid, wat de nachtrust verder verstoorde.
Er was geen ontbijt beschikbaar en er was niets te eten aanwezig.
Verder was er geen lift aanwezig, wat erg onpraktisch was. De locatie vonden wij bovendien zeer onprettig en viel erg tegen.
Zelfs één euro zou achteraf gezien nog te veel zijn geweest voor een overnachting in deze accommodatie. In al mijn jaren reizen heb ik nog nooit zo'n slecht hotel meegemaakt. Wat een ontspannen verblijf had moeten zijn, veranderde in een complete nachtmerrie.
Al met al was dit een zeer teleurstellende ervaring die op geen enkele manier voldeed aan de verwachtingen. en complete nachtmerrie: kapotte faciliteiten, gevaarlijke gebreken zoals een kapot balkonraam en een laaghangende airco waar je gemakkelijk je hoofd tegen kon stoten. Deuren die nauwelijks sluiten. Gezien het grote aantal gebreken en veiligheidsproblemen ben ik van mening dat de accommodatie niet voldeed aan de basisverwachtingen van een hotelverblijf. Daarom verzoek ik u om een passende compensatie en bij voorkeur een volledige terugbetaling van mijn verblijfskosten.

Habitación diferente a las fotos que da a la calle y la llave no cierra
Colchones y almohadas muy malas, que sepan que los colchones a los 5 años caducan y hay que cambiarlos...
El baño huele muy mal

La chica de recepción es maja, no es culpa de ella

Стаята беше добре. В банята водата нямаше налягане и едвам се изкъпахме. Вратата на терасата беше с пуснато стъкло, както и крилото на климатикът. Това за мен не беше проблем, но не е коректно при настаняването да ти кажат, че напускането е в 12, в букинг информацията е съвсем различна и за финал да ти се обадят по телефона в 11:10 и да ти напомнят, че е време да напуснеш.

Am primit o camera infecta, plina de igrasie, la mansarda, care mirosea a mucegai. Lenjeria de pat si prosoapele erau ingalbenite. Baiatul de la receptie plictisit, fara vreun chef sa ajute cu ceva. A fost doar o noapte de tranzit spre Grecia, dar nu as mai sta aici nici gratis. Feriti-va de aceasta locatie, sau cereti sa vedeti camera inainte sa platiti.
