Pros:

Стаите бяха чисти.

Cons:

Сградата се намира на много шумно място, под прозорците на стаите ни имаше огромни климатици на заведения, които денонощно шумят. Паркингът беше под всякаква критика.

Cons:

Апартамента мирише много неприятно на мухъл. Две от стените са с огромни видими следи от течове покрити с плоскост, за да не личи толкова, уви миризмата няма как да се скрие. Бяхме запазили кошара, която беше одобрена, но когато пристигнахме се оказа, че няма налична такава. Още доста дребни неща не са ок, но всичко бледнее пред миризмата.

Хареса ми, че е в централната част на града.

Cons:

Публикуваните снимки нямат нищо общо със стаята, която ни беше предоставена, което беще супер разочароващо- мебелите бяха с петна, захабени, не беше пусната прахосмукачка преди настаняването ни, не е хотел, а апартамент в блок, няма къде да се паркира.

Great for short stay
Pros:

The host was very friendly and accommodating, kindly waiting for us even though we arrived later than expected. The studio was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. While it is listed as a studio, I would personally describe it more as a room, as the space is quite compact ;)

Regarding parking, availability can sometimes be limited since the hotel does not have designated parking spaces, so finding a free spot may require a bit of patience.

The location is excellent - right in the heart of the city. The main street and the park are literally just outside the front door, making it a perfect base for exploring the area.

Приятен ден в Сандански
Pros:

Не лош хотел (или и стаи за гости в жилищна кооперация - не можах да разбера). Беше просторно и чисто. Гледката от стаята беше към парк. Чуваше се ромоленето на реката. Беше приятно.

Cons:

Липсва рецепция. Там където ни отведе навигацията беше една стая на самата улица, която беше заключена. Звъннахме и се наложи да изчакаме някой да дойде. "Хотела" се оказа в сграда на около стотина метра от там. Беше неприятно да стоиш и да чакаш да дойде някой, за да се настаниш. Самата стая е опит за създаване на лукс, който си изглеждаше изкуствен, на на снимките изглеждаше добре. Снимките не се различават от действителното, но като се настаните ще разберете.
Описанието за паркоместа не отговаря на истината. Не разчитайте, че има. Местата за паркиране са в зона на самата улица или на паркинг, който е за целия жилищен блок. Паркирате, ако си намерите място.
