Czystość,wygodne łóżka,pokoje z balkonem i widokiem na baseny i morze.Dobre i smaczne jedzenie.Dużo atrakcji dla dzieci.Obiekt w szczegolności można polecić rodzinom z dziećmi.

Na minus mało sympatyczna obsługa.Plaża super ale około 5 minut pieszo od hotelu. Pierwsze wrażenie po przyjeździe może trochę rozczarować ponieważ podjeżdża się od zaplecza hotelu ale po podeĵściu do frontu oraz wnętrze zaskakuje

Locația ,piscinele,faptul că aveai acest la ambele hoteluri deci nu se merita sa plătești in plus pt a sta la prestige felix faptul că la locul de joaca PlayStation sunt gratuite

Mâncarea este destul de multa da aceași mâncare și tot ce este din carne tocata are un condiment care mie unu nu îmi place in 7 zile nu a fost carne de vita numai pui și porc și la fructe decât mere și feli portocala

Харчування, номери, басейн з гірками, наявність критого басейну. В цілому ціна співвідноситься з якістю

Відсутність власного пляжу. Ще один нюанс: від самого моря до готелю по всім Золотим Піскам ніде обмити ноги від піску, лише біля самого готелю щітки стоять. Також не сподобалася принципова позиція готелю щодо початку харчування рівно о 15.00 - після довгої подорожі це напрягає.

Cel mai mult la aceasta locatie apreciez pozitionarea centrala,micul dejun care este copios si diversificat si faptul ca are piscina.Camerele sunt curate.Mi_ar placea sa revin la Erma daca cele de mai jos vor fi puse la punct.

De care ori am fost, personalul din receptie este total nepregatit si dependent de manager. Nu am mai intalnit asa ceva.Am crezut anul trecut ca a fost o exceptie dar se pare ca se tot repeta.Lipsa de organizare si o administrare necorespunzatoare,din punctul meu de vedere.
Mentionez si faptul ca am mai avut o rezervare anterioara anul acesta in iulie, care mi s_a anulat pe motiv ca s_a inchis hotelul. Sun in receptie, mi se confirma ca nu e inchis, intreb de disponibilitate pt perioada in cauza si mi se confirma ca exista. Cand intreb de ce mi_au anulat programarea facuta cu 6 luni in urma, mi_au zis ca nu stiu, ca trebuie sa discute cu managerul...Aici a fost pertinent sa investigheze.
Saltelele de la piscina rupte, patate ceva rau de tot.
Pt administatori: Cresteti angajatii, invatati_i sa se descurce, sa fie proactivi si ambilii, investiti intr_un sistem care sa va ofere aceeasi vizibiitate pe rezervari, clarificati care sunt cele mai des intalnite situatiii_costuri parcare, checkin, checkout etc Si scoateti de tot saltelele daca nu aveti bani de altele. Si daca luati altele, luati un material lavabil, care sa se curatate usor, nu din panza pt ca se pateaza de ulei.Ele poate sunt curate, insa impresia lasata este alta.
Faceti ceva si cu tomberoanele de afara pt ca se scurge lichid din ele si miroase urat la intrarea in locatie si invatati personalul de curatenie sa lucreze eficient-erau stranse toate buluc la piscina si maturau 4 in acelasi.loc sau una in spatele celeilalte..

Pros:

Been here almost every year for the past 15 years. Hotel is well maintained. Breakfast is good with a lot of options. Rooms are very clean and maintained daily.

Cons:

This year a parking charge has been introduced to guest of the hotel which was quite a lot. Approximatively 6€/day.
