Bardzo dobre jedzenie, codziennie coś innego! Czysto, bardzo ładnie posprzątane. Nie było tłoku przy basenach przy naszym hotelu

האוכל לא טעים לא מגוון ולילדים היה קשה למצוא את עצמם, לא ניקו טוב את החדר, הקפה מזעזע וזה היה ממש חסר
Tisztaság ,tágas szoba, gyönyörű kilátás a tengerre a teraszról.
Nagyon bűdös kanális szag jött ki a fűrdőből.
Lokalizacja hotelu, bardzo blisko do plaży oraz centrum. Pokoje przestronne na duży plus to, że były dwa pomieszczenia sypialniane. Widok z okna przepiękny.
Jedzenie na średnim poziomie...ok, ale bez rewelacji. Bardzo monotonne, praktycznie zawsze to samo. Niektóre dania, które powinny być podane na ciepło, były zimne. Bardzo dużo osób palących, nie zwracających uwagi na innych gości w tym kobiety w ciąży i dzieci.
Hotel bardzo dobrze usytuowany: blisko plaży i pasażu handlowego.

Wszędzie smród papierosów...w ogródkach restauracji, na leżakach przy basenach, wszędzie dym.
Nikt nie zwraca uwagi na dzieci siedzące przy stolikach czy kobiety ciężarne.
Animacje mocno przeciętne.
Obsługa nie zawsze dokłada środki czystości
Pan pizzerman mało przyjemny, wręcz niemiły.
Piękny widok z okna, bliska odległość od morza, przestronne pokoje mimo, że w ogłoszeniu napisane 18m. Plac zabaw dla dzieci, stoliki blisko basenu.
Papierosy, wszechobecne przy stolikach, na basenie między lezakami. To nie jest miejsce dla dzieci, gdy wszyscy palą. Jedzenie dobre ale monotonne. Dużo schodów i kantòw.
Am avut o experiență foarte frumoasă la Prestige Grand Hotel & Aquapark și recomand cu drag acest hotel. Totul a fost peste așteptări: camera a fost curată și spațioasă, mâncarea foarte gustoasă și variată, iar personalul amabil și mereu dispus să ajute.
Ne-am bucurat de facilitățile hotelului și de faptul că am putut folosi și celelalte hoteluri din complex. Atmosfera a fost plăcută, iar locația este foarte bună, aproape de plajă. A fost un sejur relaxant și ne-am simțit excelent pe toată durata vacanței.
Cu siguranță vom reveni și recomandăm acest hotel tuturor celor care își doresc o vacanță reușită la Nisipurile de Aur. Mulțumim pentru ospitalitate!

The food is good, the hygiene is good, there was always someone cleaning and spraying for disinfection. The service is nice, the people working there are nice and working hard. Overall the all inclusive service is good. There are many “included” entertainments as well. The water slides are good, the kids had fun. Yet, they are in the hotel nearby.
We had a nice view from the room. The beds are big and comfortable.
The hotel is packed too much. Almost every cm is used. Sunbeds, tables, kids playgrounds. There is almost 0 free place. You are too close to everyone.
The second thing that killed me was the noise. At almost every spot at the hotel you hear 2 different musics that mix (animation+disco from the 90s from the pool+music from the pool bar+ restaurant music++++). Add people in very close proximity, kids, noisy guests and you cannot relax for a minute or have a normal dinner without the need to rush and escape asap.
The drinks were not good, both alcoholic and non. Maybe the beer was fine.
This is true also for the whole resort. It is too crowded and noisy. You can hear the music from the discos until 2-3 pm at night.
Also we were charged 80 eur for a 3 yo child that hotels usually don’t charge by a guy at the reception desk who was nice and smiling like Lurch, the Adam’s family butler.
