La atención fue excelente y las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias. El lugar es excelente, en el centro de La Cumbrecita y saliendo del edificio del hotel, se puede acceder, bajando por un caminito rústico hasta el río donde hay unos pequeños saltos que dan su nombre al hotel. El estacionamiento es espacioso para automóviles grandes y pick ups. y con suficiente espacio para maniobrar.

El parque hermoso aunque era invierno, los hogares y salamandras a leña encendidos en las zonas de estar comunes. Muy buen desayuno y limpieza. Excelente ducha. Ubicación excepcional. Personal amable.

La ubicación es lo mejor. Está en el corazón de la cumbrecita. Entiendo que eso también le pone un precio elevado pero el servicio no se condice con el mismo, menos aún el menú de cena
La relación precio servicio producto es pésima. La comida y la infraestructura no se condicen con el precio

La temperatura de la habitación era muy caluroso y no se podía regular desde adentro.
La cena es partir de las 20.30hs hasta las 22.00.
A las 21.00 nos golpearon la puerta de la habitación diciéndonos que estaba lista, lo cual nos sorprendió porque había tiempo considere para ir a comer, cuando fuimos a la mesa estaba la entrada servida. Me pareció un poco estructurado el asunto.

Anticuado, colchones terribles (se hundirán en el medio), desayuno buffet con muy pocas opciones y de muy baja calidad (no había huevos fritos ni revueltos, ni aguacate, ni bacon, etc…)
