Престоят ни беше отличен. Разположението на хотела е перфектно и много удобно. Персоналът беше изключително любезен, отзивчив и винаги готов да помогне. Хотелът беше безупречно чист, а стаята разполагаше с всичко необходимо за комфортен престой.
Като цяло всичко беше много добро. Единствената забележка е, че хотелът е малък и закуската не предлага голямо разнообразие. От друга страна, има възможност още от предния ден да заявите какво бихте искали за закуска и в колко часа да ви бъде сервирано, което донякъде компенсира ограничения избор.
Tranquillo e con poche stanze. Dichiarando l'ora, la colazione era pronta sul tavolo. Centro citta` a 10 minuti a piedi. Metro di fronte.

Lovely, friendly staff. Clean room and bathroom. Good location. Air conditioning very useful during hot Sofia summer.
TV didn’t work. No desk to work at in the room. Breakfast option was nice but slightly odd to have to arrive at a precise time of booked service.

Ήταν πολύ ωραίο το δωμάτιο. Άνετο και δροσερό όσο έπρεπε. Σίγουρα θα ξανά πήγαινα.
Beautiful little hotel near the city center. Everything is easily accessible on foot or by public transportation. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful with everything. The room was spacious, well-equipped, comfortable, and extremely quiet.
You need to choose your breakfast the day before, which is perfectly understandable for a small hotel. However, on several occasions we didn't receive what we had ordered. You can ask a correction, but it is a bit inconvenient.
This small hotel is situated in a very quiet courtyard although it is situated near a busy main road and only some 50m from the nearest metro station. The main shopping and restaurant Vitosha boulevard is a 5-10 minute walk away. A nice breakfast with a menu which you order on check in with the time when you require it. Let the staff know the day before if you need to amend the order or time and they will happily do that.

La pulizia è stata impeccabile, ogni giorno venivano a cambiare gli asciugamani e a rifare il letto.
Il personaggio è stato molto gentile e cordiale.
La zona in cui è situato l'hotel è comoda per arrivare al centro ed è una zona molto silenziosa, nonostante si trovi a ridosso di una via principale.
Infine, il letto era comodissimo !

Friendly staff, good location, room and bathroom were clean, good towels. The hotel is well maintained, doesn't look worn out or anything like that. Also great for sleeping, the surroundings are very quiet.
I wouldn't say "didn't like" but pillows could be a bit firmer and breakfast could be a bit better, maybe some fruit?
