Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Good location. Good shower. Very close to 2 metro lines. 7 minutes walk to metro station with direct link to the airport. I would stay here again.
The breakfast arrangement. You have to select what you want for breakfast and the time you want it the day before. I don’t always know what I will fancy for breakfast the day before so this is not ideal. A buffet breakfast would be much better.

The hotel is like a jewel-box, it is very beautiful, comfortable, elegant and the atmosphere is really special. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was delicious and diverse and the staff is amazing, very friendly, very nice, always smiling, make me feel like I am home. The location is very central, I could not find a better place to stay in Sofia. :)
El personal fue muy atento y simpático, ya que debido a diversas excursiones que teniamos muy pronto, nos sirvieron el desayuno 1 hora antes de su servicio habitual. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y eran amplias. El hotel parece una joya escondida dentro de las urbanizaciones y la ubicación es ideal para llegar a pie al centro.

Престоят ни беше отличен. Разположението на хотела е перфектно и много удобно. Персоналът беше изключително любезен, отзивчив и винаги готов да помогне. Хотелът беше безупречно чист, а стаята разполагаше с всичко необходимо за комфортен престой.
Като цяло всичко беше много добро. Единствената забележка е, че хотелът е малък и закуската не предлага голямо разнообразие. От друга страна, има възможност още от предния ден да заявите какво бихте искали за закуска и в колко часа да ви бъде сервирано, което донякъде компенсира ограничения избор.
Tranquillo e con poche stanze. Dichiarando l'ora, la colazione era pronta sul tavolo. Centro citta` a 10 minuti a piedi. Metro di fronte.

Lovely, friendly staff. Clean room and bathroom. Good location. Air conditioning very useful during hot Sofia summer.
TV didn’t work. No desk to work at in the room. Breakfast option was nice but slightly odd to have to arrive at a precise time of booked service.

Beautiful little hotel near the city center. Everything is easily accessible on foot or by public transportation. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful with everything. The room was spacious, well-equipped, comfortable, and extremely quiet.
You need to choose your breakfast the day before, which is perfectly understandable for a small hotel. However, on several occasions we didn't receive what we had ordered. You can ask a correction, but it is a bit inconvenient.

This small hotel is situated in a very quiet courtyard although it is situated near a busy main road and only some 50m from the nearest metro station. The main shopping and restaurant Vitosha boulevard is a 5-10 minute walk away. A nice breakfast with a menu which you order on check in with the time when you require it. Let the staff know the day before if you need to amend the order or time and they will happily do that.
