Pros:

Totul a fost ok pentru o noapte de cazare în trecere prin Bulgaria, în special recepționera Maria este de nota 10, ne-a fost de ajutor și foarte amabilă. Posibil să revenim pentru un sejur mai lung.

Cons:

Centrul spa are programul până la ora 18:30, la majoritatea hotelurilor fiind până la ora 22:00 este un minus.

Mi-a plăcut absolut totul la acest hotel: personalul, amabil și întotdeauna pregătit să ajute, mâncarea gustoasă și suficientă pentru toată lumea,camera mare și curățenia exemplară, locația, liniștea... absolut toate au fost peste așteptări! Vom reveni cu drag!

Świetna lokalizacja, piękny widok z pokoju, personel hotelu dba o swoich gości !
Pros:

Hotel położony jest tuż przy plaży, a nasz Junior Suite z tarasem i frontowym widokiem na Morze Czarne (pokój 101, pierwsze piętro) był naprawdę wyjątkowy. Widok z pokoju i tarasu był przepiękny i zdecydowanie stanowił jeden z największych atutów pobytu.
Na duży plus zasługują uprzejmy i pomocny personel, czystość oraz bardzo zadbany teren hotelu i pokoje. Bardzo miłym gestem była urodzinowa niespodzianka od hotelu – kartka z życzeniami, ciasto, owoce oraz wino musujące.
Jedzenie było bardzo dobre i urozmaicone.

Cons:

- Ciasta, które miały nie naturalny smak i było w nich wyczuwalne użycie sztucznych dodatków.
- Płatny parking.
