Everything exceeded our expectations! The location is excellent, the food was delicious, the private beach was beautiful and well organized, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.
The entire stay was smooth and enjoyable, and everything was well managed from start to finish. We had a wonderful experience, would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. In our opinion, it's one of the best hotels in this location.

Camera, amplasamentul, plaja foarte aproape, piscina destul de ok

Cons:

Mancarea este un mare minus al acestui hotel. Un alt minus este faptul ca nu poti sta in piscina mai mult de ora 17:45. Totbla aspecte de imbunatatit putem trece si faptu ca ni exista un program de divertisment conform standardelorbunui hotel de 5stele.

The location is great. Close to the beach.

Cons:

It has nothing to do with the Ultra All Inclusive concept. The food and drinks variety was very poor.

The stuff was often rude and looked bored.

Die Ausstattung und Lage, Das Essen war ausreichend, etwas wenig Auswahl.

Cons:

Beim Essen wurde mir der Teller weggenommen wo ich kurz aufgestanden bin um etwas zu holen wobei ich noch gar nicht fertig war.
