Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé, sa proximité plage et commerces est top ! La vue mer est juste incroyable ! Le rapport qualité prix est bon.

Cons:

Le ménage est très approximatif (l’aspirateur pourrait être passé tous les jours ainsi que la serpillère dans la salle de bain). La piscine extérieure était froide. La diversité des plats en fin de saison.

We have stayed at the hotel before and decided to return because of our positive experience during our previous stay.

Cons:

Everything else was fine and we had a good stay. Just one small comment regarding check-out: the receptionist asked us to wait while they looked for a second robe, which had apparently been taken previously and not replaced by the cleaning staff.
We were asked to wait for around 15–20 minutes, which felt a little unusual, especially for a five-star hotel. Fortunately, when the senior reception staff member arrived, she immediately understood the situation and asked the receptionist to proceed with the check-out.
Apart from this small issue, everything was very good.

מלון במיקום פצצה

מיקום מצוין על הטיילת, חוף ים של המלון, אוכל שלא נגמר, אלכוהול כנל, מלון יפה

Cons:

הזמנו חדר גדול עם אמבטיה, נתנו לנו חדר קטן ללא, אחרי שיחה נוקבת בקבלה קיבחנו את החדר שהזמנו, אפשר קצת יותר להשתפר בניקיון של החדר, הצוות לא הכי נעים, עושה את שלו אבל לא חייכני, חבל, פוגם מעט בחוויה, אבל סהכ מלון מומלץ.

Locatia este bine amplasata, dar toate celelalte detalii, sunt dezamagitoare.
Multe dintre zone au materiale vechi, roase de timp, unele chiar murdare.

Cons:

Am platit ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE, dar ni se cereau bani pentru inghetata si alte produse, in incinta hotelului.
Dupa ora 22.00 nu era decat 1 barman, iar noi eram 40-50 de turisti care asteptam peste 1 ora la coada, ca sa primim o bautura... era singurul bar disponibil. Am rugat sa mai vina cineva sa ajute, si ni s-a raspuns ca e lipsa de personal.
La piscina din complex, mirosea ciudat, iar sezlongurile erau vechi si incomode.
Pe plaja, niciun fel de separare, venea oricine si se aseza pe sezlonguri, chiar si din afara complexului hotelier.
Mocheta de la restaurant, este jegoasa in ultimul hal... lipsa de igiena totala!
Camerele fara vedere, sunt practic niste buncare... nu se poate numi hotel de 5 stele.

מיקום מעולה . חוף וברכה נהדרים. אוכל נחמד. חופשה טובה מאוד.

מיקום מעולה, חוף נהדר ומטופח. ברכה נהדרת לובי כניסה ולמעלה יפה. בית ה נהדר ונעים.

מוסיקה רועשת מידיי בברכה. כוסות לקפה מפלסטיק ולא מנייר כנדרש בברים.
קפה ממכונות - נדרש שיפור. לא תקין שהקפוצ׳ינו בבית קפה בעלות.
בידור- אותו פסנתרן שבוע ימים! צריך לשנות פסנתרן זמר כל ערב.
ניקיון החדר בשהייה של שבוע- להחליף מצעים שלוש פעמים ולנקות יותר. לפחות שואב בכל פעם.
