The food choices

Cons:

Rooms that don’t have balcony and also bring outside there’s no place to go like a smoking area so you’re not around kids.

Also in the spa, and places where it was explicitly said 12+, there were small kids, jumping around, getting into pools and saunas that was making the relax area not so relaxed

Muy buena experiencia
Pros:

Solo pude quedarme un día en este hotel, ¡pero vaya si valió la pena! Desde que pones un pie dentro, te das cuenta de que es un lugar especial, súper lujoso y bonito. La decoración y el ambiente son de otro nivel.
Pero lo que de verdad me dejó con la boca abierta fue el spa. ¡Madre mía, es ENORME! Es, sin duda, una de las mejores instalaciones que he probado nunca. Tiene de todo, y la calidad es espectacular. Aunque fue una visita corta, me sentí súper relajado y renovado.

Pros:

Уникално любезен персонал с много добро отношение към гостите на хотела, мили, любезни, точно благодарение на тези хора със специално отношение към всеки един посетител като прибавим и прекрасния хотел и добрата храна почивката се превръща в незабравимо преживяване..

Pros:

Разнообразна храна и беше много вкусна.
Нямаше много гости в хотела, така че спа-то изглеждаше по-просторен.
Мил и любезен персонал.

Cons:

Отказаха ни късно освобождаване по предтекст, че е била заета стаята, нищо че искахме да похарчим повече пари в хотела.
Никаква реакция и съдействие от
управителката - лош мениджмънт!
Варовик по банята.
Не се чисти веднага след дъжд и буря и изглежда грозно и мръсно.
Счупени и не поправени плочки покрай басеините.
Евтини и неудобни възглавници.
Много лошо за хотел с критерии за 5 звезди!

I hope I will have the chance to come again!
Pros:

Everything was exceptional: the staff was extremely friendly and helpful (everywhere - bars, restaurants, housekeeping, reception), the facility was modern, tidy and well-maintained. We enjoyed the spa center facilities and the open pool with warm water - I extremely recommend that one for families with small children. Special admirations for the Chef and his team - variable and delicious food - enough for all the guests and different tastes!
I hope I will have the chance to come again!

Cons:

There was some problem with the air-conditioning in our room. The maintenance technician came in a very short time, but over all the air-conditioner could work better.

Ще се върнем отново
Pros:

Цялостно всичко беше на високо ниво. Имахме лек проблем с храната по време на една от вечерите и персонала реагира веднага на нашето оплакване.

Cons:

Започват да си личат следи от експлоатация - следи от варовик, сешоара в стаята прегрява след кратка употреба, терасата е леко увехтяла.
