Pros:

Pros:

Не посещаваме хотела за първи път, връщаме се всяка година. Лятото е чудесно за децата на басейна, храната е страхотна, винаги има много избор и всяко нещо е вкусно.

Cons:

Хотела е започнал да се амортизира вече, други забележки нямам.

Все было отлично!! Еда очень вкусная!
Номер чистый, уютный и с красивым видом!
СПА просто супер 👍

Cons:

Единственный момент, ребят, 5* отель, ну подключите смарт тв!
Вечерком, перед сном, хотелось посмотреть что-нибудь, а у вас даже каналов нормальных нет!

А в остальном все супер, однозначно вернусь к вам!

Complete relaxation close to nature with great food and spa
Pros:

Great spa hotel with clean facilities and fantastic breakfast and dinner! The staff are really friendly and professional which isn't always a given. The breakfast is plentiful and lots of variety. I liked that there was some traditional Bulgarian items like banitsa, mekitsi and different types of yogurt. The dinner was also great! I also appreciated the free room upgrade - my room had a really nice view towards the pine forest in the back of the hotel. The spa was the highlight - the mineral water was so relaxing and there were several different types of saunas and steam rooms. We went during the week, so we felt like we had it to ourselves. We can't wait to come again!

Cons:

There was construction all around the hotel but to be fair, it wasn't noisy and it didn't impact my time there. I would very happily come again! Also - I think filtered water should be free at dinner given it's a 5-star hotel.

Pros:

The hôtel it self is good.
Buffet is large even if the quality of the meal could be improve.

Cons:

Still a lot of work around the hôtel. Noise outside outside the hôtel earlier in the morning.

Хотелът вече не е това, което беше!
Pros:

Стаята ни беше безплатно ъпгрейдната, чиста, с удобни легла, а персоналът беше любезен и приветлив. Най-приятната част от престоя ми остана масажът с ароматна свещ - препоръчвам!

Cons:

Посещавала съм хотела и преди години и за съжаление този път останах с усещането, че нивото е спаднало. Базата изглежда поостаряла и на места занемарена. През първия ден външните басейни бяха неприятно студени, което беше разочароващо за спа хотел.
Спа зоната също беше изключително шумна заради многото деца, оставени без никакъв надзор, без персоналът да прави забележки, което пречи на усещането за релакс.
Храната определено не отговаря на очакванията за 5* хотел - нито като разнообразие, нито като качество. Повечето ястия бяха доста безвкусни и с усещане за нисък клас продукти.
Имаше и пропуски в почистването - въпреки че камериерките влизаха в стаята и кърпите бяха сменени, леглата не бяха оправяни, а използваните чаши за кафе не бяха отсервирани или измити.

Паркингът беше прашен и хотелът е заобиколен от строежи. Около басейните няма достатъчно места за гостите.
