El personal muy agradable y muy simpático.
Desayuno muy completo, estilo bufete libre de salado y dulce.

Cons:

Nos tocó la habitación 1 de la primera planta, muy pequeña, el baño muy muy pequeño. En la ducha no había ni mampara ni cortina de ducha lo que hacía que al ducharse se mojara todo el baño.
Al estar en la primera planta, algún que otro bicho se colaba…

Ne-au plăcut locația și personalul. Locația este aproape de centru. Personalul a fost binevoitor. Micul dejun a fost variat și foarte bun.

Cons:

Nu mi-a plăcut că aerul condiționat era vechi și făcea zgomot. Nu era lift și era destul de mult de urcat pântru a ajunge in cameră.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed.

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options, both savory and sweet. Everything was fresh and beautifully prepared.

Está bien localizado, un sitio tranquilo y a corta distancia del centro y de las actividades para hacer en Veliko Tarnovo. El cuarto estaba cómodo. La amabilidad de los dueños y de quienes atendían. Un desayuno muy bueno, con muchas opciones y especialmente los postres preparados en casa y con muchas variedad.

Чудовий, приємний, сімейний готель, рекомендую!
Pros:

Дуже приємний сімейний готель. Великий, чистий, просторий номер, величезне ліжко + не менш величезний диван для дитини. Хороше розташування, близько до всього. Вай-фай працював справно (єдине, варто перевірити інструкції щодо нього в номери, їх там дві і вони різні, і правильну ми знайшли уже тоді коли нанервувались з неправильною). Приємний сніданок. Рекомендую цей готель, все було чудово.

Cons:

Не варто з гостями українцями починати розмову російською, навіть якщо вони і ви знаєте цю мову. Дружня порада
