Pros:

We liked absolutely everything: helpful staff, clean rooms, beachfront line. The ability to have breakfast with a sea view.
Amazing team and dishes at the Hotel restaurant. Staying in this hotel the restaurant is highly recommended.

Locație excelentă, curat, plajă privată, apa mării foarte curată.
Pros:

Un hotel perfect pentru un sejur la mare în Bulgaria. Apa foarte curată, plaja privată, locație excelentă, fără aglomerație. Piscine curate, șezlonguri de calitate, mic dejun excelent.

Cons:

Am fost și în 2025 și a fost mai curat. Anul ăsta personalul de la curățenie a fost mai superficial. A nu se înțelege ca nu este curat doar ca având termen de comparație, anul acesta curățenia din camere a fost mai slabă. În restul hotelului totul este foarte curat.

За исключение мелких недостатков - очень хороший отель в который хочется возвращаться.
Pros:

Великолепный отель прям на берегу, очень чисто, вид из окна просто отличный, засыпали под шум моря. Персонал вежливый, нам бесплатно повысили номер до "прямого вида на море" с "частичного вида на море", за что мы очень благодарны.
Красивый и чистый пляж в 30 секундах ходьбы, для гостей отеля бесплатный. Вокруг тишина, бассейны чистые, в номере убирают каждый день, вкусные завтраки, уборка в номере каждый день с заменой полотенец, отель реально очень хороший.

Cons:

К сожалению без недостатков не обошлось, хотя отель действительно отличный, но небольшие проблемы есть:
1) Ресторан на территории ну очень дорогой, еда там вкусная, вид на море хороший, но цены как в Монако, все же перебор явный, я таких цен нигде в Болгарии не видел.
2) В номере нету холодильника, только минибар в котором ЗАПРЕЩАЕТСЯ хранить продукты, потому что такова политика отеля. Я все понимаю, конечно, но мы были с маленьким ребенком, у нас была еда для ребенка и мини-бар вообще не подходил для хранения этой еды, а купить еду для ребенка на территории - естественно нельзя. Это было очень неудобно.
3) Завтраки вкусные, но каждый день одно и то же, немного расстраивало и за 9 дней успело надоесть.
Это сложно назвать серьезными недостатками, но все же немного подпортило впечатления.

Pros:

The private beach is absolutely wonderful, as is the breakfast terrace. The breakfast is generous and offers a great variety of choices. The rooms are spacoius, tastefully decorated, and well equipped with a minibar and coffe machine.

Cons:

During our 1 week stay, the room was not cleaned up, apart from the bed linen and towels being changed. As the hotel dog-friendly , there were occasions when a dog was left alone in a room and barked until late the evening. One additional observation rather then a negative point: it would be great if the hotel offered SUP and jet ski rentals, so guests would not have to go to the neighbouring hotels for these activities.

close parking was paid, but I guess thats fair. Restaurant was too luxury and expensive, but included breakfast was great
