Pros:

+ Das Team an der Rezeption - Vladimir, Plamen, Marta und andere - sowie Mitarbeiter am Strand Mark - sind außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Sie kamen bespielsweise von alleine auf uns zu, mit einem verbesserten WLAN, da der reguläre WiFi auf unserer Etage mittelmäßig bis schlecht war. Sprechen mehrere Sprachen und insgesamt sehr kompetent.
+ Schöne Aussicht von Balkon.
+ Kurze Strecke zum Strand
+ Strand war im Preis bei unserem Zimmer enthalten
+ Tischtennisplatte (nicht in der Hotelbeschreibung, leider nicht reservierbar "first come first serve")
+ Trinkwasser zum nachfüllen verfügbar
+- Neutral: Buchungssystem für Strand ist ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig und muss täglich benutzt werden, keine mehrtägige Buchung möglich

Cons:

Vorab: Vorteile überwiegen, wir würden wieder kommen. Jedoch:
- Ein paar Tage gab es unangenehme Gerüche im Badezimmer, aus dem Abfluss vermutlich. Auch im Kinderdisco Raum unangenehmes Geruch
- Gym ist einfach schlecht, Geräte total ausgeleihert, nicht wirklich funktionsfähig
- Am Strand keine Aschenbecher bei den Liegen, darum viele Kippen im Sand
- Ständich ausfallende Kaffe-Automaten, deshalb Schlangen, insbesondere zu den zwei, welche die Bohnen verarbeiten und nicht aus dem Instantpulver den Kaffe machen
- Sehr lautes Restaurant oder Essraum besser gesagt, was zwar in der Natur der Sache liegt, allerdings würden wir dem Hotel empfehlen, die Telefonate im Restaurant wenn nicht zu verbieten, so zumindest drum zu bitten dies einzuschränken (ein oder anderer Gast musste unbedingt der Verwandschaft in einer rumänischen Provinz Essesnberge auf den Teller per Video-Call zeigen... die Essensberge bleiben übrigens meist zurück, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts)
- Für folgende Punkte kann das Hotel auch nichts, es ist aber wichtig für potentielle Bucher:
-- das Benehmen der Gäste aus einem Nachbarland
-- es wird sehr viel geraucht
-- alle (gefühlt) Gäste schauen grimmig, kaum einer, der lächelt beim Blickkontakt, sind aber nicht aggressiv, auch wenn viel gebechert wird. Insgesamt halt ein wenig Ost-Europa und Balkan-Flair, was für uns OK war, da unsere Wurzeln auch dort liegen

Pros:

Hotel czysty, codziennie sprzątane pokoje, wymieniane ręczniki. Smaczne jedzenie,choć w sezonie tłumy na stołówce i często trzeba stać w kolejce po jedzenie. Obsługa bardzo szybko zbiera naczynia oraz sprząta stoliki, aby były dostępne dla kolejnych gości. Jedzenie zróżnicowane -każdy znalazł coś dla siebie, dużo warzyw, były też owoce sezonowe, ciasta i desery, dla dzieci lody lub granity. Jak dla mnie było wszystkiego aż za dużo. Drinki typowe dla all, dużo lokalnego alkoholu, te bardziej "europejskie" trzeba było płacić.
Hotel posiada swoją wydzielona część plaży, z leżakami dla osób, które zarezerwowały pokój z dostępem do free beach. Obowiązuje codzienna rezerwacja leżaków dostępna w systemie hotelowym (samodzielnie, online). Dla nas było to bardzo wygodne, ale wiele osób narzekało na to.
Hotel położony jest na wysokim klifie więc powrót z miasta oznaczał pokonanie dużej ilości schodów, co dla starszych może być uciążliwe.
Zdecydowanie hotel jest lubiany przez rodziny z dziećmi. Jest ich mnóstwo, od świtu pływają już w basenie, krzyczą, płaczą I biegają po stołówce.

Cons:

Głośna muzyka na basenie. Sama muzyka nie byłaby zła, gdyby nie fakt, że obok znajduje się 5gwiazdkowy hotel, z lepszym sprzętem, który skutecznie ją zagłuszał. Powstawał wielki jazgot. To samo było wieczorem - animacje z hotelu obok przebijały muzykę z naszego hotelu. Spokój dopiero koło 23, więc dla niektórych może to być niekomfortowe.
Ogromny halas i harmider podczas posiłków.

Pros:

A szállodában töltött nyaralásunk minden szempontból tökéletes volt. Az all inclusive ellátás bőséges és változatos, mindig friss ételekkel és figyelmes kiszolgálással. A tengerpart közelsége külön élmény: néhány lépés után már a homokos parton voltunk, kristálytiszta vízzel és rendezett környezettel. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész, a szobák tiszták és kényelmesek voltak. Összességében egy olyan hely, ahová bármikor visszatérnénk, mert minden adott volt a gondtalan, pihentető nyaraláshoz.
