Te dan jabones usados, un toallón mal lavado, casi siempre tenía que esperar para que me atiendan en recepción, el wifi llegaba mal a la habitación, el inodoro sucio, la ducha era un chorro de agua sin un filtro, el colchón y almohadas eran incómodos y se escuchaba todo de las otras habitaciones, lo que hacía muy ruidoso el espacio.

Creo que la predisposición del personal estuvo aceptable. Respondieron a los reclamos por ruidos molestos de otras habitaciones y llamaron a la policía para resolver el tema.

Cons:

La ubicación del lugar parece un poco insegura. Muchas personas en situación de calle en la Plaza Miserere. La primer noche se escuchaban ruidos y gritos de otros huéspedes. El baño tenia una pérdida en el bidet. Las sábanas y cubrecamas estaban muy usadas, y la habitación tenía olor a cigarrillo. La puerta del baño estaba rota del lado de adentro y se escuchaban muchos ruidos de afuera que impedían un descanso tranquilo. No volvería y no lo recomiendo para viajar en familia. Tal vez sea para una persona y que no pretenda ninguna comodidad. El precio tampoco es muy barato, se consiguen cosas mejores por ese precio.

La falta de limpieza, las frazadas viejas y rotas. No había calefacción. Nos cobraron otro precio distinto al que habían publicado en Booking.
