Guest Reviews

Sewer smell. Leaky bed linen. In room for 4 guests they gave 3 blankets and 3 towels. Terrible
The heating didn't work and the staff insisted that it did when we informed them. we went to get some food and when we came back they had closed and went home. The result was beeing in a cold room all night. The day after the owner rudely say it wasn't his fault and everything worked when we arrived....
There was no pressure or warm for the water neither I the shower or sink.
there was beetles crawling in the room.
The 2 twin beds was 2 terrible single beds.
We didn't get a wifi password and had to ask other guests....
Delicious dinner and breakfast included in the price, nice location in the peaceful Pliska, friendly staff.
There was a pair of lovely cats, the food was great and the staff was very friendly.
Very nice people, good food, quiet area, ATM nearby.
The children did not have dinner included, this was kind of unexpected.
Clean room, comfortable bad, excellent food and big parking lot.
