Wir kommen gern wieder. Es war alles perfekt

Die Lage war perfekt, beim Frühstück gab es mehr Auswahl als man essen konnte, beim Abendessen konnte man zwischen verschiedenen Menüs auswählen und es war für jeden was dabei. Die tägliche Benutzung vom tauen spa hat die ganze Sache abgerundet. Das ganze Personal war super nett und immer hilfsbereit. Jederzeit wieder☺️

Vše úžasné! Příště vybereme jiný pokoj a moc rádi se vrátíme.
Pros:

Snídaně i večeře byly fantastické. Nic nechybělo. Vše velmi chutné. Stravování lepší než ve 4* penzionu.

10 min pěšky k minigolfu a do úplného centra. Hned u zastávky busu, který jezdí často a zdarma.

Joker card k pobytu byla skvělá. Neomezené lanovky zdarma a další služby.

Každý den možnost zdarma neomezený vstup do termálů v Kaprunu vč. saun. Skvělé, když je ošklivo. Mějte vlastní ručníky.

Překvapil nás skvělý úklid každý den.

Cons:

Rodinný pokoj. Velké zklamání. Ložnice dobrá, koupelna, toaleta, chodba také. Dětský pokoj je katastrofa. Okno je pod úrovní chodníku. Koukáte do zdi a nad vámi je mříž. Děti byly nešťastné, že spí v kanále. Vybavení pokoje je ošuntělé, odřené, kliky urvané, dveře se zasekávají... Škoda, že do tohoto pokoje se nezainvestuje, aby byl alespoň trochu příjemnější. Děti do té hrůzy chodili pouze spát, jinak byly u nás v posteli.

Super séjour
Pros:

Très bon rapport qualité prix, très bien situé, petit déjeuner varié et avec toujours 2 plats et desserts au choix pour le diner. Personnel aux petits soins, Chambre propre et confortable avec un plus : produits Rituals.
La Jokercard et Guest mobility ont ete un vrai plus ainsi que l’entree gratuite aux thermes.

Cons:

Même si c’est une question de goût, les oreillers nécessiteraient d’etre changés pour être un peu plus confortables.
Le personnel ne parlant pas français, la maîtrise de la langue allemande est un vrai plus afin de pouvoir échanger avec eux.

Cons:

Leider war die Unterkunft eine alte Wohnung und sehr alt. Die Betten im Kinderzimmer ( Bettwäsche) stanken nach Rauch.
Die Bilder von der Wohnung tauchen nirgends bei booking auf. Viel Geld für eine unangenehme Unterkunft.

Vom ersten Moment unserer Ankunft an haben wir uns willkommen und fast wie zu Hause gefühlt. Diese herzliche und familiäre Atmosphäre hat uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts begleitet.
Eine besonders schöne Überraschung waren die vielen zusätzlichen Leistungen und kleinen Extras, die die Unterkunft bietet und die unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht haben.
Auch der Saunabereich im wunderschön renovierten Teil des Hauses hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Er ist modern, sehr schön gestaltet und hervorragend ausgestattet.
Wir werden ganz bestimmt wieder in diese wunderschöne Region zurückkehren. Dass wir uns hier so wohlgefühlt haben, liegt nicht zuletzt an der herzlichen und persönlichen Gastfreundschaft unserer Gastgeber.
Köszönjük für die schöne Zeit – wir haben uns bei euch rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
