Beautiful hotel in Vienna!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with fantastic staff. The front desk woman was helpful and friendly and the bartender was amazing.

Cons:

Air conditioning was ok, but not great.

El hotel está decorado con mucho gusto, todo el personal encantador con especial mención de Andrea el recepcionista ,siempre dispuesto a ayudar e informar y habla fenomenal el español por lo que la comunicación fue excelente.un 10 el desayuno exquisito los huevos royal una maravilla.,en fin todo un acierto

Un havre de paix proche des lieux de visites
Pros:

Le calme, et la proximité avec tous les centres d’intérêt. La bienveillance de l’ensemble du personnel.
La jeune femme qui nous a accueilli était vraiment très à l’écoute. Une personne parlant français a été appelée pour nous aider. Ce Monsieur était très sympathique. Au petit déjeuner le personnel est présent dans le respect de notre rythme. Les conseils du personnel ont été très appréciés.

Hôtel bien placé pour visiter les musées viennois
Pros:

Emplacement proche des musées et du métro U2
Accueil du personnel certains parlant français un plus toujours prêts à donner de bon conseils pour les ballades

Cons:

Oubli que nous avions réservé le stationnement pour notre voiture . A notre arrivée plus de place dans le parking de l’hôtel alors que cela avait été réservé . Conseil: rappelez bien à l’avance votre reservation
Chambre mal insonorisée nous avons entendu les conversations de nos voisins de chambre jusque tard dans la nuit

Sehr schön! Gerne wieder
Pros:

Sehr gutese Frühstück, Zimmer klein aber sehr Komfortabel und renoviert. Super, dass es einen Kühlschrank gab, den man benutzen konnte. Personale sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Lage super, zum Rathaus und zur Hofburg nur 10 Minuten, U-Bahn 3 Minuten Fußweg

Cons:

Irritiert war ich über den Fitnessraum. Man hätte vorreservieren müssen und dann nur 20 Minuten dort gehabt. Im Urlaub möchte ich ohne Reservierung spontan Sport machen können solange ich mag ohne auf die Uhr zu gucken. Zudem soll nach jedem Gast alles vom Personal desinfiziert werden. Zu Zeiten wo multiresistente Keime durch zu viel Desinfektionmittel ein Dauerproblem sind und zu schweren Erkankungen und Todesfällen führen können halte ich als Arzt dieses Vorgehen für nicht gut.

Tolles Hotel, freundliches Personal und Top Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel im Gesamten war sehr schön und toll eingerichtet, Das Personal super freundlich.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Mansardenzimmer, was etwas klein war. Da das Hotel ausgebucht war, konnten wir nicht in ein größeres Zimmer umbuchen. Selber Schuld, da selbst gebucht ;-)

Tolle Tage in Wien, prima Hotel, nettes Personal.
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wenn auch insgesamt realtiv klein- Bad ebenfalls. Trotzdem sehr angenehm.
Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Kurze Wege ins Zentrum, U-Bahn quasi vor der Tür. Der Stadtteil Josefstadt hat ebenfalls tolle Ecken, die man erkunden kann. Gut einstellbare Klimaanlage im Zimmer.
