Pros:

Tres bon petit-déjeuner buffet copieux avec la possibilité d'avoir un plat chaud (omelette). Personnel très aimable et serviable.

Very clean, comfortable, nice room, good breakfast, friendly staff, great cocktails and good service, in a lovely location

Cons:

The only issue was the air conditioning in the room which was not very good and the room remained very warm at night. We were in room 107, think it needs to be looked at

Charming hotel, great location
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious, everything seemed brand new. The overall aesthetic of the hotel was charming. Great location as well as it was close to the Parliament building and lots of restaurants. I had an exceptional experience staying here, highly recommend.

Amazing hotel !
Pros:

Top hotel. Top location, minutes from the Rathaus. Charning and a character hotel. Staff was amazing. Very helpful, especially at the reception, lots of valuable tips and ideas about Vienna ! My 3rd time at this hotel ! Highly recommended !

Bellissimo soggiorno viennese
Pros:

Piccolo e curato hotel, vicino al centro della città (una breve passeggiata); ben collegato anche con metro e tram. Personale gentilissimo. La camera non era molto grande, ma comoda e ben arredata. Il letto era comodissimo. C’era anche una scrivania abbastanza ampia per lavorare un po’. La colazione è buona, ma ripetitiva. L’aperitivo gradevole, ma niente dí più. Vicino all’hotel c’è un buon ristorante con cucina locale, se non si vuole raggiungere il centro per la cena. Certamente se dovessi tornare a Vienna, sceglierei lo stesso hotel.

Cons:

Direi che mi è piaciuto tutto.
