Pros:

Tutto perfetto! Camere spaziose, luminose e pulite. Colazione abbondante sia dolce che salata, ottima qualità. L' albergo si trova in un'ottima posizione, molto tranquilla e immersa nel verde. Tutto lo staff è molto cortese e simpatico, sempre disponibile

Bella gita fuori porta ma un po’ troppo cara per il rapporto qualità prezzo!

La posizione ,splendida struttura immersa nel verde con un giardino esterno curatissimo e piscina circolare eccezionale

Non mi è piaciuta l’accoglienza la prima sera a cena , appena siamo arrivati , in malo modo un signore con i capelli grigi ci ha intimato di non avvicinarci a un tavolo verso cui eravamo diretti! Il secondo giorno invece non c’era più il nostro tavolo per la colazione, completamente cancellato !!!!e visto che non c’era posto nella sala centrale ci hanno fatto accomodare in una saletta secondaria dove hanno sistemato solo noi ! Sono rimasta veramente basita per la mancanza del nostro tavolo, e pensare che avevamo anche pagato il tutto in anticipo!!!! Ma ci avevano già eliminato!!!Un grazie di cuore invece al cameriere alto con capelli e barba scura che è sempre stato fin dal primo momento estremamente gentile e disponibile!!!!!!nella zona relax che ho frequentato per la sauna ho trovato in alcune docce tanto insetti morti e secchi da parecchio tempo che non sono stati rimossi! Considerando le 4 stelle e quello che si paga , mi aspettavo sicuramente qualcosa di più!

Top 4-Sterne Hotel mit super Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis
Pros:

Eine gute Lage für unsere Radtouren.
Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert und sehr geräumig und superschön. Das Bett ist mega bequem (tolle Matratze). Das Essen sowohl das Frühstück (sehr große Auswahl) als auch das Abendessen (bei HP 3 Menüs zur Auswahl) ist sehr gut. Die Chefleute und das Personal ist sehr nett und bemüht - alles in allem TOP!

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu sagen, was uns nicht gefallen hätte.

Staff gentilissimo, cordiale e disponibile. Pulizia ottima, Colazione super con possibilità di ristorante alla carta per chi come noi ha scelto la formula solo colazione. Piscina ( attualmente però inutilizzabile ) Pratp verde per prendere il sole e rilassarsi. Posizione ottima. Fuori dal centro di Velden ma allo stesso tempo vicinissimo

Cons:

Il bagno. Scomodo il fatto che il WC è da una parte della stanza e la doccia e il lavandino dall' altra. Inoltre manca il bidet, che ritengo fondamentale per l' igiene
