La casa de Teresita

Très bon accueil avec un verre et de nombreuses informations sur le quartier. Les chambres donnent sur un jardin à l'arrière de la maison qui protège du bruit de la rue.
Les chambres sont faites tous les jours.
Notre avion partant au milieu de la nuit nous avons pu profiter des lieux jusqu'à tard en soirée.
Le quartier est très sûr avec beaucoup de restaurants, proche du téléphérique.

The location is good and the staff is good.

Ernesto, the owner, was so wonderful and accommodating! He arranged for a taxi to pick me up at the airport when I arrived at 3:30. That was such a comfort! He would walk me outside to help me catch a taxi and verify the price I would pay. He even drove me up the street away and dropped me off at the restaurant when I was so tired. We definitely went out of his way to help me. As an older Woman traveling alone, he was such a comfort! His property was the Home of his parents that they converted into rooms to rent. The front house still has all of his parents belongings and photographs etc. Even though it’s located on a really busy street, the rooms are in back of the Main part of the house located around the lovely Garden. The noise does not get to that part of the property So it’s quiet. The house is located on the same street as the American Embassy, the British Embassy, the Brazilian Embassy so you could see that it’s a nice area! The blue line of the cable car is just a short walk up the hill. To go to the nearby mall and Restaurants up the street , it takes about 10 minutes but it is a Walk uphill. It’s a gradual slope but at that altitude it is definitely more work. The breakfast was fantastic with eggs cooked to order, fruit, fresh bread, and Coffee freshly made with a little espresso pot. The room itself is simple but Roomie.

O dono é muito solicito, atencioso, me deu ótimas dicas de programação na cidade. Quarto amplo, cama confortável, bom banheiro, tranquilo, silencioso na parte interna do hotel. Fica numa região bem segura da cidade. Até o centro, onde há alguns pontos turísticos, em pouco tempo se chega de transporte.

Un estadia extraordinaria! Casa Terecita es una casa de las antiguas, los cuartos antiguos pero con baños de lujo. Don Ernesto muy amable, dona Justina un amor,- el desayuno espectacular,- muy acogedor. La cama MUY buena ! Un jardín muy bonito y romantico. Habia parqueo para nuestra mobilidad. 2 cuadras cerca del teleférico. Genial.. Es un 10/10 nada para reclamar.

A acomodação é ótima, super confortável

The location was great, near teleferico, restaurants, movie theatre and shops. The big garden with flowers was tranquil and beautiful. The room was big, the bed comfy and the shower good and clean. Eduardo was so helpful and caring, thank you! And Preto was always around for a tummy rub.

Casa muito bonita que se transformou em hospedagem. Decorada por muitos quadros e obras de arte e belo mobiliário. Quarto confortável e espaçoso. O administrador, Ernesto, é uma pessoa fantástica que lhe fornece muitas dicas e inclusive desenhou mapas com roteiros para eu seguir em meus dois dias na cidade, e até emprestou--me um cartão do teleférico que infelizmente acabei perdendo, com o que ele foi compreensível e sequer queria que eu lhe pagasse o valor. Só recomendações à hospedagem.

位置优越，安全，在使馆区。庭院很赞。

Der Innenhof als Garten war wunderschön. Hier kann man gut entspannen. Von dort ist man auch schnell bei der nächsten Gondel in die City.
