Pros:

Die Lage ist direkt am See, mit eigenem Seezugang. Das Essen war einfach himmlisch. Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Bett war für uns nicht so bequem. Es war ziemlich laut, wenn man das Fenster aufgemacht hat, das Nebengebäude ist ein Bauernhof.

Ein sehr schön gelegenes Hotel mit einem Spitzenrestaurant und tollem Wellnessbereich
Pros:

Es war großartig. Das Essen im Restaurant ist morgens (Frühstück mit dem besten je gegessenen Spiegelei) und abends spitze! Und der am See liegende Wellnessbereich ist auch sehr schön!

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden!

Es war ein kurzer aber schöner Aufenthalt an einem wirklich schönen Ort.
Pros:

Sehr schönes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Zusatzsachen wie Omelett waren frisch bestellbar. Alles gesund und natürlich.

Premium-Preise für Budgetkomfort
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut und die Lademöglichkeit für das Auto war ein echter Pluspunkt. Auch die Sauberkeit im Hotel und im Zimmer war überzeugend. Das Frühstück war solide und insgesamt in Ordnung, wenn auch nicht außergewöhnlich.

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis empfand ich als enttäuschend. Der Preis war aus meiner Sicht deutlich zu hoch für das, was tatsächlich geboten wurde.

Das Zimmer mit „seitlichem Seeblick“ war irreführend beschrieben – den See konnte man nur sehen, wenn man auf dem Balkon stand. Vom Zimmer aus blickte man hauptsächlich auf eine Scheune, was eher bedrückend wirkte.

Die Zimmerausstattung war sehr schlicht. Zwar gab es einen Wasserkocher, jedoch keine Kaffeemaschine und auch keine zusätzlichen Badprodukte wie ein Vanity Kit. Zudem waren die Kissen unbequem, wodurch der Schlafkomfort gelitten hat.

Auch der Saunabereich war sehr klein und gefühlt nur auf maximal sechs Personen ausgelegt, was bei höherer Auslastung schnell unangenehm wird.

Der Service war sehr freundlich aber auch nicht sonderlich aufmerksam.

Das Hotel Neusacher Hof ist in wunderschöner Lage am Weissensee. Die Architektur mit viel Holz und die liebevolle Ausstattung sind sehr ansprechend. Wir sind begeistert von der freundlichen und kompetenten Atmosphäre und von der hervorragenden Küche. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel gerne weiter.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were spotless and very comfortable.
The restaurant was outstanding, led by a Michelin-star chef. To make our anniversary extra special, the chef even prepared a beautiful cake for us, which was such a thoughtful surprise.
A truly memorable experience—we would happily stay here again! Also bonus points for the cuteness of Qiu!!

Pros:

Posizione, pulizia, comodità letto, colazione, camera ampia.

Cons:

Nella spa c’era solo la sauna, ma non l’idro massaggio.
La cena non ci è piaciuta… sapori troppo carichi. (Abbiamo completamente lasciato un piatto perché non ci piace l’aglio… che non era indicato negli ingredienti…. e non ci hanno proposto un alternativa. Forse un problema della cucina, o forse del personale.
