Beautiful view, comfortable stay, details could be better
Pros:

The view is unbeatable and gorgeous! It’s beautiful to look out over the whole valley and the hotel is comfortable

Cons:

Unfortunately the breakfast was very disappointing- the bread was at least a day old, the fruit too and at the end we saw staff scoop warm yoghurts back into the containers for the next day - which explains a lot about that breakfast. It would be better to just offer a smaller spread in stead of old things

חשוב לדעת שבחדרים אין כספת, אין מקרר ואין פינת קפה. אין גם שום פינת קפה במלון. יאמר לזכותם שביקשנו קומקום לחדר והם הביאו לנו אבל נכנסו בלי רשות לחדר שלנו והניחו שם. הרגיש קצת חדירה לפרטיות. בנוסף, קיבלנו חדר עם מיטה שבורה, הם הגיעו לראות וכשהבינו שלא ניתן לתקן, העבירו אותנו לחדר אחר צפןף ובחצי גודל ממה שהיינו אמורים לקבל. הרגשנו שלא היו מאוד שירותיים ולא אדיבים. חשוב לציין שהמלון נמצא על הר מאוד גבוה ומפותל והדרך אליו לא סימפטית בחושך אבל הנוף משגע
It is important to know that the rooms have no safe, no refrigerator and no coffee corner. There is also no coffee corner in the hotel. To their credit we asked for a kettle in the room and they brought it to us but entered our room without permission and left it there. Felt a bit of an invasion of privacy. In addition, we got a room with a broken bed, they came to see and when they realized that it could be fixed, they moved us to a room with a different bed and half the size of what we were supposed to get. We felt that they were not very helpful and courteous. It is important to note that the hotel is on a very high and winding mountain and the road to it is not pleasant in the dark, but the view is amazing

Pros:

Sensationelle Lage, gute Küche, freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Nicht ganz einfach zu finden.
Es fehlen Hinweisschilder und wären fast umgekehrt.

Alles in allem für einen kurzen Aufenthalt geeignet.
Pros:

Der Ausblick ist wunderschön, das Essen sehr lecker und das Personal freundlich sowie aufmerksam. Die Umgebung ist ebenfalls sehr schön.

Cons:

Leider sind die Zimmer nicht klimatisiert, was während der Hitzewelle mit Baby recht unangenehm war. Zudem gibt es keine Minikühlschränke auf den Zimmern, wodurch die Lagerung von Babynahrung etwas erschwert wurde. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir, dass das Servicepersonal unsere Gläschen freundlicherweise gekühlt hat. Die Lage ist recht steil, sodass Spaziergänge mit dem Kinderwagen etwas mühsam sind. Für Familien mit Baby daher nur bedingt geeignet, für Paare oder Alleinreisende jedoch eine gute Wahl.

One of the best locations in the area!
Pros:

The hotel is located almost directly on the slope, so the views are insanely beautiful!
The staff was really welcoming and really thoughtful about my arrival. They called me to make sure I arrive safely and offered a transportation if needed.
The room was really spacious and really clean, every day I had clean towels.
Breakfast was amazing and had everything you would need.
I definitely recommend to everyone who wants to have an amazing experience in the heart of the mountain!

Cons:

From the mountain, you can go directly to the hotel. If you don't have a car you will need to take a taxi, but it’s a really short ride so no problem!

Used this as the center for motor drives to the GG. Unfortunately it was closed, but OK.
Pros:

Amazing view and staff ( and drinks/food). The weather wasn't cooperating, but the hotel made it ok! :-)

Pros:

Opravdu úchvatný výhled z pokoje na okolní hory. Rezervován byl pokoj s výhledem na hory, takže splnilo očekávání.
Samotná cesta do hotelu je zážitkem.

I když v den našeho příjezdu zde probíhala svatba ,a bylo opravdu plno, proběhl Check-in v pořádku.

Zařízení koupelny ve velmi dobré kondici, postele pohodlné. Personál ochotný a vstřícný.

Snídaně byla dobrá.

Cons:

Bohužel na našem pokoji chyběl jakkýkoliv ručník, na chodbě naštěstí byla skříň s ručníky uvnitř.

Na snídani byl teplý bufet zastoupen pouze vařeným vejcem, pro mě malý výběr.

Parkování v den našeho příjezdu bylo hodně složité.

Отличный отель в горах с потрясающим видом. Природа вокруг просто завораживает — идеальное место для отдыха и перезагрузки.

Персонал очень внимательный и дружелюбный, всегда готовы помочь. Отдельно хочется отметить кухню — еда была просто прекрасной, всё вкусно и качественно.
