Cons:

t I had a disappointing experience at check-out — the receptionist was rude and made racist comments toward me. That kind of behavior shows a real lack of respect for guests and shouldn't happen at any hotel

Für 117 Euro pro Nacht (Alleinreisender) erwartet man sich etwas anderes! Nie wieder!!
Pros:

Lage des Hotels

Cons:

Veraltetes Zimmer mit alten Lärmdurchlässigen Kippfenstern. (Eigentlich kein Unterschied ob geschlossen oder offen).
Gebäude extrem "Hellhörig". WC - Lüfter von Nebenzimmer - Spülung. Sogar Husten hört man von anderem Zimmer!
Alter Brauseschlauch komplett defekt. (Spritzt in alle Richtungen).
Am ersten Tag keine Reinigung des Zimmers.
Armseliges Frühstück (4 Sterne?)teilweise ohne Personal. Am Abreisetag nur ein Fix vorbereitetes Teller!!
Rechnung konnte am Abreisetag in der Früh nicht erstellt Werden. Musste extra Mittags nochmals hinfahren! Entschuldigung gabs natürlich keine!

Gute Unterkunft auf der Durchreise
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, im Zentrum von Knittelfeld. Trotzdem ruhig in der Nacht. Sehr freundliches Personal. Kleines aber feines Frühstück.

Cons:

Am Duschkopf könnte eine Dichtung angebracht werden.

Freundliches Personal. Sauberes Zimmer, jedoch etwas klein. Frühstück ausreichend.

Cons:

Leider war das Bett schon etwas durchgängig. Leider hatte ich ein Zimmer vorne raus, da ist es schon etwas laut.

Das Frühstück war eher bescheiden , aber für uns genug .

Cons:

Das Zimmer , wir hatten ein anderes Zimmer zugeteilt bekommen , doch im Bad hatte es eine Badewanne zum Duschen , für uns nicht brauchbar . Wir bekamen dann ein anderes Zimmer mit einer Dusche , aber das war eine Besenkammer unter dem Dach mit Dachfenster . Wir werden dieses Hotel meiden .

Sehr schlecht, war froh es bald zu verlassen!
Pros:

Personal war zumindest nett. Aber das Zimmer alt und ungepflegt, sogar ein Haar einer:s Vorgänger:in im Bad. Sehr schlecht gepflegtes Hotelzimmer. Sehr schlechtes Frühstück mit nur sehr geringer Auswahl.

Preis-Leistung OK, Lage für externe Abendessen hervorragend.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, Aufzug von Ebene 0. Zimmer sehr ruhig, dem Anlass entsprechend eingerichtet. Persönlicher Empfang, obwohl dieser lt. Buchungsinfo nicht mehr erwartet wurde.

Cons:

Dafür, dass sich ein Cafe im Haus befindet, neben dem man auch sein Frühstück einnimmt, war der angebotene Cafe am Frühstückbuffee an meinen Tagen eine Enttäuschung.
Leider nur Kurzparkplätze in unmittelbaer Nähe, aber ausreichend.
