Familien-betriebenes liebenswertes Hotel in toller Lage und super Preis/Leistung
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Sehr gutes leckeres Frühstücksbuffet mit schmackhaften Kaffee für einen guten Start am Morgen. Klimatisierte Zimmer. Das angeschlossene Kaffee ist Spitze. Viel Platz für Fahrräder in separaten Räumen. Tolle Lage. Ich komme wieder!

Hotel absolutně neodpovídal 4*, řekl by jsem, že to byla slabší 3*, pokoje jak z roku 1990 né-li starší, snídaně mizerná

Poloha hotelu u centra a vyřešené uskladnění jízdních kol.

Cons:

Cena, snídaně, staré vybavení hotelových pokojů, takže téměř všechno, ale nebylo na výběr.

Keine herkömmliche Klimaanlage sondern Deckenkühlung; angenehm kühler Raum ohne Zugluft.

Cons:

Frühstücksbüffet um 09:15 schon ziemlich abgefuttert. Nach eindrücklicher Reklamation aber letztlich in Ordnung.

VOR dem Fenster sehr stark befahrene Strasse,Kirchturm mit ewigen Gebimmel direkt gegenüber
Man merkt es wird überall an Personal gespart.Rezeption am Tag nur an bestimmten Stunden besetzt.Ab21 Uhr generell alles Dicht,Technische einrichtungen Fahstuhlschlüssel Zimmer Licht ganz speziell.am20 juni grgrn 17 ühr viel der altersschwavhr fahrstuhl gänzlich aus meine schwer herzkranke frau musste sich 3 treppen hochschleppen.
Eine Spiegelglatte Wanne ohne Haltegriff,Für alte Leute eine Zumutung zu Duschen.
Beim baden kommen alte Leute nur überhaupt sehr schwer aus der wanne

ich werde dieses Hotel um diesen überteuerten Preis nicht mehr buchen.
Pros:

ehrlich das Einzige was mir gefallen hat ist die Lage.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung ist veraltet. Bei Ankunft im Hotel hatten wir 32 Grad Außentemperatur im Zimmer auch.
Der Preis für das Zimmer ist nicht gerechtfertigt.

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit
Pros:

Das Hotel war uns sehr gut und zentral gelegen. Wir konnten unsere Radtouren vom Hotel weg in Angriff nehmen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sehr sauber und gut ausgerüstet. Das Frühstück reichhaltig und ausgewogen.

Cons:

Leider war es etwas lärmig. Morgens um halb 6 kamen schon die Putzmaschinen.

Ich hatte einen äußerst angenehmen Aufenthalt und komme gerne wieder.
Pros:

Ich konnte bereits um 13 Uhr einchecken und hatte ein absolut ruhiges Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Am Tag meiner Abreise wurde ich noch auf eine sehens- bzw. hörenswerte Veranstaltung in der Innenstadt ("Villach singt") aufmerksam gemacht, die mir andernfalls entgangen wäre.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts Negatives zu vermelden. Alles war zu meiner größten Zufriedenheit. Ich kann das Hotel Mosser nur weiterempfehlen.

Központi helyen van, a város szívében! Közel van a pályaudvar is! Csodálatosan szép a szálloda, már másodszor voltam itt! A büféreggeli bőséges volt, kiváló minőségű!!
