Kein Hotel, kein Badesee, außerhalb von Graz
Pros:

Es ist kein Hotelbetrieb sondern nur Frühstück, das aber überraschend vielfältig war mit frischem Obst und Gemüse sowie diversen gesunden Leckereien.
Die Lage enttäuscht. Der See ist ein Ententeich, in dem man nicht schwimmen darf. Es ist eine halbe Stunde außerhalb von Graz.

Cons:

Kein Hotel. Nur Nächtigung und Frühstück, das dafür sehr vielfältig und gut

I think the picture speaks for itself, but for reference:

We arrived to a clearly visible brown stain in the bathroom next to the toilet brush, which immediately made the room feel unacceptable and raised serious hygiene concerns.

This was reported and cleaned, but the initial condition was not acceptable and affected our overall stay experience.

We spent significant time trying to resolve the issue with the hotel. Alternative solutions were offered (a lower category room or breakfast, which we were unable to use due to prior plans), but we did not feel the matter was taken seriously.

We are very disappointed with our stay and the way this issue was handled. We do not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.
