O locatie pe care nu o recomandam!
Am dorit anularea acesteirezervari din motive obiective, chiar si cu retinerea partiala din suma achitata. Desi la rezervare scria ca plata sa face la proprietate, insa imediat dupa rezervare a doua zi a fost retinuta suma 180.86 euro.
Dupa propunerea de anulare, in loc sa imi returneze o parte din bani, proprietari au binevoit instant sa imi retina fraudulos inca o data suma 180.86 euro.
Am incercat sa ii contactez, insa dupa retinerea abuziva a sumei de 180.86 euro acestia foarte greu si intarzieri au mai raspuns.
Din pacate rambursarea sumei de 180.86 euro retinuta a doua oara inca nu s-a intamplat la 6 zile dupa greseala facuta de acestia, greseala pe care si-au asumat-o. Nu au mai fost atat de "pompti" ca la retinerea banilor.

In legatura cu mediera Booking, acesta nu a existat deloc! Ba mai mult partenerul lor "Dormero" mi-a propus pe viitor sa nu mai fac rezervari prin Booking.com ci direct la ei din motive lesne de inteles.

Pe scurt, un personal rece, zero empatie lipsit de orice forma de intelegere.

Foarte probabil sa raman si cu 180.86 furati de acesti proprietari!

Eine gute Übernachtungsgelegenheit sowohl für den Besuch der Stadt Graz als auch für die Durchreise
Pros:

Wir haben eine Nacht dort verbracht. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend, weil noch ein Bettwäsche-Set gefehlt hat (und wir spät abends angereist sind). Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig. Sehr gut war auch die Möglichkeit der Aufladung unseres Elektroautos direkt vor dem Hotel. Dies war in der Parkplatzgebühr von 15 Euro inkludiert.

Cons:

Der Hinweis auf die Parkplatzgebühr fehlt auf der Website und könnte noch ergänzt werden (auch um das sehr erfreuliche Angebot der inkludierten Ladungsmöglichkeit für Elektro-PKW.
