Pros:

Zentrum von st. Gilgen

Cons:

Unglaubliche hohe Kaution für eine Nacht und erst eine Woche später zurücküberwiesen.
Badezimmer/Dusche sehr verzwickt und schlecht geplant.
Teppich und Läufer schmutzig.

Lokalita super , hotel ošklivý a zapáchal vlhkem . Pokud člověk něco potřebuje nikomu se nedovolá nedopíše .

Das einzige Plus ist die Lage.

Cons:

Weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll, buche jedes Jahr über booking Unterkünfte, bin also kein Neuling und hier muss ich leider sagen: einmal und nie wieder!
1.) Unklare Parkplatzsituation! Musste privat uns kümmern, weil wir natürlich früher nach St. Gilgen kamen.
2.) Zimmer sauber, ja, aber Rezeptionsbereich und Stiegenaufgang seltsamer Geruch-undefinierbar.
3.) Sicherheitskaution muss hinterlegt werden?! Im 20 Jahren auf Reisen noch nie (!!) von einem Hotel verlangt worden?!
4.) Die Aufforderung das Zimmer sauber zu verlassen, sprich eigentlich zu putzen bevor man geht, der Müll wird gnädigerweise vom Hotel entsorgt. Was soll das?? Ich zahle für den Service und das man ein Zimmer nicht im kompletten Saustall verlässt, sollte selbstverständlich sein.
5.) Check-out um 10 Uhr, wir sind viel früher raus, da absolut lauter Baulärm vor dem Badfenster - also bisschen länger schlafen war nicht drin.
6.) Kommunikation quasi nur über einen KI-Agenten.

Toller Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Lage direkt im Zentrum. Zimmer sehr sauber. Ausreichend Parkplatz vorhanden. Für 1 Nacht, hat es für uns gepasst.

Cons:

Die Kaution von über EUR 200,- ist m.E. viel zu hoch.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt leider gar nicht, für das, dass man defacto keine Ansprechperson hat und alles selbst macht und es riecht auch unangenehm im Haus, vermutlich, weil selten gelüftet wird.
Auch haben manche Lampen nicht funktioniert und es wurde eine sehr hohe Kaution eingezogen, die in meine Augen völlig überzogen ist.

Worth coming back to
Pros:

A very cozy, spacious room with a beautiful view of the square with a fountain. Concerts are sometimes held in this square, and you can attend them simply by opening the window.

Great place for a great lake vacation.
Pros:

Location was great in the middle of town. short walk to the lake, lake cruise, gondola, etc. Parking was near bye. Room was good. beds clean and comfortable and bathroom was spacious. Communication from mgmt was great.

Cons:

We arrived in late July and it was quite warm. It would be nice to have a fan in the room since there was no air conditioning. And maybe better pillows.
