Unsauber, Schlechter Service, unzumutbares Zimmer

Das schlimmste Hotel in dem ich jemals war!
Die Rezeption war nicht besetzt. Im ganzen Hotel war kein Personal auffindbar. Meine Zimmerkarten und persönliche Daten hingen frei zugänglich im Eingangsbereich. Das Zimmer war in der hintersten Ecke des Kellers mit nur einem Kellerschacht als „Fenster“. Überall lagen Haare und es hat fürchterlich nach Urin gestunken! Das Zimmer war unzumutbar und ich habe das Hotel umgehend verlassen!

Pilgerzimmer ist Kellerverlies, passend zum Ritterhof
Pros:

Schönes Hotel, gute Lage, Toller Ausblick

Cons:

Hatte ein sogenanntes "Pilgerzimmer" im Keller ohne Fenster, nur Kellerschacht, in der Nähe des Spielraums. Daher teilweise laut und nicht gelüftet. Rezeption nur am Vormittag, Zimmer ab 15:00 Uhr, Selbstabholung Zettel mit Name und eine Mappe mit Zimmerschlüssel, Restaurant ohne Personal und nur Selbstbedienung.
Achtung bei der Buchung - Zimmer kostete 100 EUR, mit Fenster kostet 50 EUR mehr.
Habe meine Kritik geäußert, war aber nicht erwünscht! Antwort: das ist unser Geschäftskonzept!

Pros:

The rooms were good, the breakfast had a variety of stuff, the rooms were good size,
Clean, the bathroom was fine too. It was good location coz we had a car, without it, it a little outside the city center. But was quit and peacefull.

Cons:

We like it, but we miss a little have more staff available during the day. When we stay at a hotel we spect have staff to help with some stuff, as caring baggage up the room, provide any thing that we need - as gluten free bread in the breakfast - tell us the best places to eat, and this kind of stuff.
