Praktisch. Freundlich. Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die Zimmer zum Garten sind sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer zur Straße leider laut. Geht nicht anders. Bequeme Betten. Insgesamt in die Jahre gekommenes Haus, aber alles OK. Grosse Balkone. Eiskasten im Zimmer. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. Kurzer Fussweg zum See.

Empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Zentral gelegen. Nach Gmunden ~5 km. Saubere, zweckmäßige Ausstattung.
Sehr gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück

Cons:

Es war extrem heiß. Eine Klimaanlage wäre gut gewesen.
Den Duschkopf könnte man gegebenenfalls mal austauschen.

Good place for visiting the Traunsee
Pros:

The lake is just a few minutes’ walk away and the accommodation is comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning, but by keeping the window open and using the fan provided, we slept very well.

Nein danke, das hat uns nicht zugesagt.
Pros:

Die junge Dame im Service war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Positiv auch der kostenfreie Parkplatz und die Getränkepreise im Restaurant sind auch fair.
Das war es allerdings schon mit den Dingen, die uns gefallen haben.
Wie die positiven Bewertungen zustande kommen können wir leider nicht nachvollziehen. Und nein, wir haben keine besonderen Ansprüche.

Cons:

Für 140€ für die Nacht ohne Frühstück haben wir ein Zimmer bekommen, das wir persönlich niemandem zumuten würden.
Zahnpasta im Waschbecken, Spinnweben an der Wand, total verkalkter Duschkopf u. Schimmelflecken und Geruch in der Dusche, verschmierter Spiegel, Zahnpasta Spritzer am Schrank. Die Küchenzeile verstaubt und verkalkt.
Verschmierte Wände, Regale schief, man könnte noch vieles nennen.
Geduscht haben wir kalt, weil kein warmes Wasser kam, preislich entgegen kam man uns nicht, denn es hatten ja alle kein warmes Wasser.
Insgesamt macht das Haus keinen aufgeräumten Eindruck. Alt ist das eine, aber dann sollte es sauber und auch nicht so zusammengestückelt und ungepflegt sein.
Hier könnte man mit etwas Aufwand viel richten und gut machen.
Auch das Frühstück war kein Highlight auf der fleckigen Tischdecke. Für uns, einmal und nie wieder. Zum Glück hatten wir nur eine Nacht gebucht.
