Folgende gravierende Probleme sind aufgetreten:Zimmergröße: Ich habe über Ihre Plattform bewusst eine bestimmte Zimmerkategorie gebucht. Erhalten habe ich jedoch ein extrem kleines Zimmer, das nicht der gebuchten Kategorie entsprach.Fehlendes Frühstück: Laut meinen Buchungskriterien sollte das Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen sein. Vor Ort im Hotel wurde mir jedoch mitgeteilt, dass dies nicht der Fall ist.Kein Hotelparkplatz: Ich habe explizit nach einem Hotel mit Parkplatz gesucht. Vor Ort gab es keine Parkmöglichkeit durch das Hotel. Ich musste mich selbst um einen externen Parkplatz kümmern und diesen zusätzlich bezahlen.Mangelhafter Service: Bei meiner Ankunft in Salzburg habe ich über 15 Minuten lang vergeblich versucht, jemanden im Hotel telefonisch zu erreichen, um Details zur Unterkunft und zum Parkplatz zu klären. Es hob niemand ab.Für eine einzige Nacht in diesem Hotel habe ich über 200,00 Euro bezahlt – ohne Frühstück und ohne Parkplatz. Als Vermittlungsplattform erwarte ich von Booking.com, dass die angezeigten Informationen korrekt sind. Aufgrund dieser Falschangaben und des schlechten Services fordere ich Sie auf, den Fall zu prüfen und mir eine angemessene Entschädigung zukommen zu lassen.

Pros:

Small hotel, charming decor, excellent location. Staff were pleasant and they allowed an early check-in, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the room we were assigned (superior double) had an odd scent, no natural light (windows faced a wall), and spotty internet. The flooring was scratched and worn. Overall the room was okay, but from a value perspective, less than expected.

Weak internet. No natural light.

המלון ממוקם באופן מיטבי ונוח למקומות בעיר העתיקה, שקט יחסית, אוירה ורוח נעימה, עיצוב זורם ומרגיע, מיטות נוחות ומצעים נעימים. חדרים מרווחים ונוחים לשהייה.

Cons:

לא היה קומקום להכנת תה וקפה בחדר עם מוצרים משלימים. אין ציון מראש או הבדל במחיר בין אם החדר פונה לפיר (פחות נוח ופחות מאוורר) או פונה לרחוב הנעים.

Excellent hotel just please supply tea/coffee making facilities
Pros:

Brilliant location. Good sized clean room. Quiet with windows closed and aircon on. Helpful staff. Decent restaurant for dinner. We only paid for basic double room which looked onto alley and back roof where kitchen extraction fan was but with windows closed was fine.

Cons:

No tea or coffee making facilities in room. Surprising as in all my travels on 5 continents this is the only place where this had been missing. I also need boiling water for my medication. Luckily I asked and they supplied me with a kettle and mugs.

Central old town location. Very friendly & helpful Reception team. Feels family run, old style hotel.

Cons:

Breakast cost too high for those that just want a coffee and croissant.. but plenty nearby cafes.

Die Lage war sehr gut, sehr zentral und nah an alle wichtige Dinge

Cons:

Das einzige was nicht ok war: die Dusche.
Beim duschen war das ganze Badezimmer fast unter Wasser.

perfect location and very friendly staff
Pros:

excellent location right in the middle of the Altstadt around the corner from everything (Getreidegasse, Dom, Cafe Tomaselli, Fürst, Festung Hohensalzburg, Mönchsberg, etc.). Beautiful old house, very well kept, very clean. The rooms are small though (a bit like in NYC hotels). Good breakfast with all essentials. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Bathroom:when having a shower it floods the bathroom, sealing of glass shower wall need replacing they are funky and broken… hairdryer flimsy
