Pros:

Food for lunch and dinner with Italian style very tasty. Staff. Very friendly and hard working. Found time to have a small chat to answer enquiries. They encouraged our attempts at German ( we are Australian) but attempted to engage with our English language.
We liked their outdoor area in particular as the weather was great. The hotel location was excellent for us to explore the area for a week by car. A little store handy. Indoor area by bar area pleasant.
The morning cleaning lady kept things vacuumed and cleaned.

Cons:

The carpets in the corridoors up to our room were old stained and simply 'tired!' The railing where there were a set of about 5 stairs was too low.
The green fabric in seats in the area where we had breakfast was old and stained and also tired.
The breakfast declined by the day. No yogjurt afyer 2 days there. Old fruit ( plums) that were bad afyer a few days. Rolls were ok.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal! Zimmer war sauber! Ich war für eine Nacht dort! Frühstück war ausreichend und gut! Man kann dort auch sehr gut italienisch Essen! Wirklich Top!

Pros:

Nur einige Meter zu Fuß vom Wolfgangsee entfernt. Das Essen im Restaurant unterhalb ist sehr gut. Die Gaststube und der Essraum gegenüber sind schön gerichtet und haben ein angenehmes Ambiente.

Cons:

Das es keinen Fernseher gab im Zimmer (ist heutzutage eigentlich keine so kostspielige Sache), ein Anschluss ist ja vorhanden. Wasserhahn und Duschtür sollte bald erneuert werden, ist schon ziemlich defekt. Der Frühstücksraum ist riesig, aber leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Mit etwas Auffrischung würde der Raum schon was her machen.

Zimmer ist aus den 70er Jahren .
Kein Fernseher, kein Fön
Matratze hat wie ein Brett, bei Ausgeschalteten Licht komme man seitlich das Licht vom Gang sehen.
So konnten wir auch von allen Gästen alles hören. Bad mit Bodenbelag die Fliesen überklebt, Waschbecken alt und gesprungen . Dusche schmutzig
