O vacanță mirobolantă în Austria
Pros:

Ne-a plăcut foarte mult amabilitatea personalului flexibil și disponibil, indiferent de situație. Chiar dacă nu stăpânim limba germană, acești oameni și-au dat silința să ne îndrume. Ospătarii Gabor și Janette au fost senzaționali! Peisajul de vis a fost completat de sunetul pârâului și de cântecul mierlelor. Micul dejun a fost variat, iar cina a demonstrat măiestria bucătarilor.

Ok, aber Luft nach oben

Die Lage in Filzmoos ist wirklich schön und das Servicepersonal war freundlich. Schwimmbad und Wellnessbereich sind prima.

Cons:

Die Schlafcouch, auf der die beiden Kinder geschlafen haben, ist extrem unbequem (Matratze nicht eben und auch sehr dünn, dadurch sehr hart).

Bei der Halbpension gab es erstmal keinen Tisch der für uns vorgesehen war, wir haben bestimmt 15 min gewartet, bis dass wir gesessen haben und der Tisch eingedeckt war. Getränke wurden bestellt und leider vergessen. Das Essen war ok, aber nichts Besonderes (von drei Hauptgerichten zur Auswahl waren zwei paniert und frittiert, fanden die Kinder aber deshalb toll...).

Es gibt Bademäntel nur für hohen Aufpreis an der Rezeption zu leihen, auch Latschen für den Wellnessbereich müsste man zusätzlich kaufen. Genauso zahlt man für den Parkplatz 10 Euro am Tag extra. Für Kinder unter 14 kein Eintritt in den Wellness- Bereich, nur ins Hallenbad.

Nagyon tetszett, amikor mentünk reggelizni, már az asztalunkon voltak a prospektusok.Útmutatást kaptunk minden nap a legszebb látnivalókrol.Reggeli alatt nyugodtan megtudtuk beszélni a programot.

Cons:

- Es wird nicht informiert dass der Parkplatz gegenüber Gebührenpflichtig ist
- Abendessen leider weder lokal (anstatt heimischer Forelle oder Saibling wird Lachs und Pangasius angeboten)
- Frühstücksbuffet wird nicht aufgefüllt
- Allgemein Minderwertige Produkte und teils abgelaufene Magarine
- Kaffe leider sehr dünn
- es zieht durch die Fenster
- Kosten für Bademäntelleihe

Leider sehr enttäuschend im Vergleich zu vor 4 Jahren.

TOP 4**** Haus im Zentrum von Filzmoos. - toller Ausgangspunkt für eine Vielzahl von Outdoor-Aktivitäten. Familien geführter gehobener Betrieb mit angenehmer Atmosphäre. Freundliches Service ab Ankunft im Haus - DANKE Thomas, sowie Hannes u. Senior. Das ganze Team war herzlich bemüht.
Heller Wellness-Bereich. Großzügiges Zimmer mit Balkon und extra Sitzgelegenheit. - Sehr gute Küche ! - das Probieren des "Hannes-Haus-Rum" ist eine Empfehlung; die Weinkarte bietet eine großzügige Auswahl.
- Ein Ort zum Wiederkehren um länger zu bleiben.....
