Geen goede nachtrust vanwege storend geluid.

Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Last gehad van storend geluid op de kamer vanaf aankomst tot ruim na middagnacht, na 3 keer melden geen oplossing. Bij uitchecken gevraagd voor compensatie, ik zou een email ontvangen met voorstel omdat de leidinggevende er niet was. 2 dagen later nog niks ontvangen. Ga er niet nog eens overnachten. Ik heb inmiddels contact gehad en naar tevredenheid compensatie gekregen voor het ongemak.

Alte und abgewohnte Zimmer im Gästehaus welche nicht mit den Bildern übereinstimmen. Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht.

Pros:

Ruime gratis parkeerplaatsen bij het hotel.
Busstation voor de deur
Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid
Vriendelijke medewerkers
Ruime kamers
Goed bed

Cons:

Airco maakt best wat geluid en zit naar het bed.
Douche kan wel een schoonmaakbeurt gebruiken, best wat kalkaanslag en schimmel.

Das Hotel war gsnz ok und gut gelegen.

Cons:

Ich habe am Abend im Restaurant gegessen.
Es war eher enttäuschend, sehr schlecht organisiert unter den Angestellten, die rechte Hand weisst nicht was die linke tut. Lange kam nichts, dann falsch, dann falsch verrechnet. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Es war alles zweckmässig. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen, trotz Lage direkt neben der Strasse.
Pros:

Der Wellness-Bereich ist sehr geschmackvoll mit viel edlem Granit am Boden und an den Wänden. Sowohl Dampfbad als auch Sauna waren wirklich heiss.
Das Personal war freundlich, vor allem die Kellner im Gastgarten. Die Reception-Angestellten sind zwar auch freundlich, aber nicht ganz auf der Höhe. Es gab einen Irrtum in Bezug auf die Bezahlung der Übernachtung, es war falsch in Computer des Löwen erfasst und 2 von 4 Angestellten wirkten etwas hilflos.

Cons:

Im Bad hatte es nur Seifenspender, keine Bodymilk, gar nichts, Wir hatten Zahnbürste und Zahnpasta zu Hause vergessen. Die Reception konnte nicht weiterhelfen, ich musste im Spar einkaufen gehen ...
Es gab nicht, das man als "Complementary" hätte bezeichnen können, weder gratis Mineralwasser oder andere Getränke. Es fehlten auch ein Tresor und Kühlschrank, was für ein Hotel im Wandergebiet eher schlecht ist.
