The staff were exceptional – not just friendly and polite, but genuinely attentive and helpful throughout our stay.
We particularly enjoyed the peaceful courtyard by the lake. The view from the terrace was very beautiful as well. The property also has a very pleasant and well-equipped shared kitchen. Would happily come back.

La stanza era bellissima, era molto grande e aveva una vista bellissima direttamente sul lago, a pochissimi minuti a piedi dal centro di Hallstatt. Il terrazzo era bellissimo e con una vista magnifica. La struttura è anche dotata di parcheggio comodissimo per chi arriva in auto e di un giardino con sdraio proprio con accesso sul lago.

Prachtige plek aan het water met eigen tuin en trap om het water in te gaan. Goede plek om omgeving te verkennen. Schitterend uitzicht vanaf ruim balkon

Basically everything! The location was perfect, with the terrace overseeing the lake yet staying away from the most crowded areas visited by the tours
The free coffee, the pantry area and all the cooking utensils make it so convenient for us to cook and prepare breakfast on our own

We loved the location, the room was spacious and very comfortable! Clean bathroom and very peaceful and private.
Coffee and tea area is very nice and pampering and the stuff was helpful and nice.

The location is amazing. Right on the lake. Totally private beach. Also the rooms are beautiful and clean. The bathroom was very nice and big with both a bath and a shower. In general it was the perfect get away holiday place for beautiful peace and quiet.

Almost everything! The room size, comfortable large bed, bathroom, shower, location, free parking on site, the terrace with a view of the lake, private access to the lake with access to the garden, friendly host.

The location was amazing. Right on the water. The picture doesn’t do it justice! Breathtaking views from the room. All recently updated inside. Very clean, spacious & comfortable. Have access to a full kitchen & delicious coffee available all day.

Super beliggenhed

Superbe emplacement au bord du lac en amont du village à 5min à pieds, nous avons pû laisser la voiture sur le parking de l'établissement, vue sur le lac innoubliable, lits très confortables, nous aurions dû demander la marque des matelas tant nous avons bien dormi (de plus il y a de grands rideaux opaques à la fenêtre pour ceux qui ont besoin du noir total pour dormir), grande salle de bain avec douche et baignoire.
Cuisine commune donc possibilité de se faire ses propres repas, le soir c'est un plus quand tout ferme à 18h. Sentiment de liberté et d'indépendance grace au fonctionnement de l'hotel.
Niveau installations, vous avez de nombreuses prises, une tv et un frigo/congélateur dans la chambre, de la lumière et une prise sur le balcon, bien assez de rangements et de place.
Sans compter la petite plage privée qui vous permet d'aller vous baigner dans le lac pour les courageux ou juste d'y tremper les pieds pour les autres, ou encore si vous préférez rester à quai pour regarder le soleil se coucher sur un transat alors que les lumières de la ville s'allument c'est possible et magique. Encore un fois si ce n'est pour le check in et check out, la carte de votre chambre vous donne accès à l'établissement quelle que soit l'heure, donc une balade nocturne de la ville, ou une baignade aux aurores est recommandé (dans le respect des locaux et voisins de paliers bien sûr) personne ne vous en empechera!
La gérante est adorable, parle un anglais impécable, est accueillante et très à l'écoute, elle est très souriante et ayant des problèmes de santé et un handicap invisible je ne m'attendais pas à tomber sur une personne aussi humaine et compréhensive. Un grand merci à elle.

Понравилось всё! Отель превзошел все ожидания! Идеальное расположение, в стороне от толп туристов, потрясающий вид, удобный паркинг, чудесная кухня с чаем и кофе. Чистота и очень приятный персонал!
