Aceitável, visto que dormimos bem e o banho foi bom.
Pros:

Café da manhã bom. NO quarto muito a desejar. Camas mal feitas, lençóis menores que a cama. Pedi e trocaram. Lâmpada de cabeceira e telefone não estavam ligados . Não tinha tomadas para nenhum deles. Papel de parede rasgado, aspecto de sujo. Falta um secador de cabelos no banheiro. Usamos um quarto com 2 camas de solteiro, pois meu marido está operado da bacia. Só tinha um travesseiro, uma toalha. Isto significa que este quarto(21) não foi limpo, organizado nem revisado para atender hóspedes. Nos dias atuais, não se justifica um hotel sem o mínimo de cuidados. Fiquei triste, pois a 27 anos atrás, estive ali e estava muito bom. Pessoal que atende no café da manhã sem nenhuma empatia com os hóspedes. Educados sim, mas antipáticos, frios. E numa cidade italiana, se imagina um calor humano bem mais atento.
