Exceptional Hospitality, Impeccable Facilities & Fantastic Food
Pros:

The owners and staff were incredibly service-oriented, pleasant, welcoming, and friendly. The facilities, including the sauna and pool, were exceptionally clean, and we took full advantage of them during our weekend getaway. Lastly, the dining experience was truly top-notch, especially the authentic Wiener Schnitzel.

Ein traumhafter Kurzurlaub ⛰️
Pros:

Einfach alles, es war wie auf den Fotos, sogar noch besser - wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal und die Chefleute, welche sich wirklich sehr gut um die Gäste kümmern und bemühen. Das erzeugt wiederrum eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre im Haus, in welcher man wirklich gut abschalten und sich wohlfühlen kann.

Cons:

Es gibt absolut nichts auszusetzen.

Hotel ze wszech miar wart polecenia.
Pros:

Śniadania świetne. Fantastyczny i uczynny personel(np. szybko i skutecznie zorganizował niezbędną pomoc stomatologiczną).

Wszystko było super.

Pros:

Nadstandardně přátelští majitelé, kteří dělali maximum, abychom se cítili pohodlně. Výborná restaurace přímo v hotelu. Krásné místo v horském sedle s nadmořskou výškou 1700 m.n.m. Krásná příroda a spousta aktivit a možností pro turistiku v srpnu. V zimě je podle pana majitele na tomto místě záruka sněhu.

Cons:

Velice kvalitní ložní prádlo plněné peřím, bohužel polštář byl pro nás velice nízký, ale to je věc osobního pohledu. Aktuálně v blízkosti hotelu probíhají stavební práce a stojí tam 2 jeřáby, to je ale dočasná situace. Za to nemůže hotel.

Naprawdę od dawna nie spotkaliśmy się z tak dobrą obsługą.
Śniadania 10/10
Rewelacyjny wybór dań, dodatków i napojów.
Basen 8/10
Mały ale nie jest okupowany przez stada gości, wygodne leżaki. Odjąłem 2 punkty za ilość schodów, architekt który to zaprojektował ewidentnie nie lubi ludzi.

Widok z okna 2/10
Niestety mieliśmy pokoje z oknami na ściany przyległych budynków, praktycznie okno w okno. Generalnie bez widoku na okolicę.
Parking 3/10
Bardzo wąskie miejsca, wystarczy że ktoś stanie lekko nie w liniach a miejsce obok jest już praktycznie zablokowane

Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel zum Wohlfühlen - absolute Empfehlung!
Ausgesprochen freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, herzlicher Empfang, gemütliche Zimmer, ein köstliches Frühstücksbuffet und eine geräumige Tiefgarage sowie eine schöne Sauna lassen keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Auch das Abendessen im Restaurant ist hervorragend.

Skvělý hotel v horském středisku
Pros:

Hotel vzorně vedený po všech stránkách, vše funguje, je čisté, snídaně fantastické, personál velmi vstřícný, v okolí skvělá turistika

Cons:

Jen drobnosti, chybí kávovar nebo varná konvice na pokoji, postel by mohla být širší.
Staveniště vedle hotelu majitelé neovlivní, příští sezona bude už perfektní 😎

A truly exceptional stay, with warm hospitality, exquisite breakfast, and beautiful décor.
Pros:

Joseph and his family are truly amazing hosts. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding—especially the omelets, fresh juices, and banana cake, which were simply out of this world! The entire hotel is beautifully set up, and the elegant décor reflects their impeccable taste and attention to detail. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place!
