Check in service was excellent and the substantial breakfast was an unexpected bonus. Super quiet and clean and highly convenient as we had an early morning flight.
The rooms and beds are very small. My 2 teenage children who are tall had to share a bed and it was very uncomfortable for them. Also very pricey.

Proximity to the airport. With a 6am departure, we could not get any closer.
The check in staff were not overly forthcoming with information regarding what we were able to use in the property. We were left to discover what was there ourselves and to go ask questions. We were offered a 3am wake up call and this did not happen.
Convenient location, helpful staff - assisted my mother with her queries (wifi set up etc)

They say that breakfast is included yet there is no one in the breakfast room to serve the food. Couldn’t even get hot water for tea. Best to go and buy in airport.
