Great for the price, would definitely stay again but ask for help to open the windows.
Pros:

The location was great, the staff were nice and helpful, also appreciated the advice about the upgraded bathroom nearby and easy parking and access at the rear of the property. No air conditioning but a large fan was in the room.

Cons:

The room had a very musty smell and needed fresh air. I found the fact that the window was a sash window behind the queen bed bedhead impossible for me to open so couldn't bring fresh air into the room. My daughter's room also smelled musty and needed to be aired out before we arrived. I found a tablet on the floor and strangely, some white feathers. In order to access the power point which was behind the bed at almost floor level I had to push the bed towards the opposite wall. and it was a heavy bed.

Pros:

Great price clean and great value over all. The common room area was very comfy and had free tea and coffee. Great balcony outside with plenty of seating. Food was good at great price although I was there on parma Thursday special deal. All round great place.
